Double bed (180 x 200 cm), sofa bed (160 x 200 cm) -> for 3rd person +40Fr.! Bicycle storage in the basement, parking in the area. Train station, various restaurants and the Rhine are within walking distance.

The Rhine is a 10-15 minute walk Parking is available right by the apartment Bus connection in approx. 150 m The apartment is located in a new build area. Our house is ready. But there may be construction noise from time to time. (Adjacent houses) Exterior is not yet completed and will be built gradually in the summer / autumn of 2019.

Schöne und ruhige 2,5 Zimmerwohnung mit Küche, Wohnzimmer und seperatem, ruhigen Schlafzimmer am Ortsrad in Richtung Schweizer Grenze. Trotz der ruhigen Lage ist man schnell zu Fuss am Bahnhof oder beim Supermarkt. Die Einrichtung ist, bis auf die Küche, neuwertig und bietet alles was man braucht. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz, der bei der Buchung inklusive ist. Die Küche selbst ist neu und verfügt über einen Geschirrspüler, Backofen und eine Mikrowelle. Das großzügige Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne und eine separate Dusche. Im funktional eingerichteten Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Doppelbett für zwei Personen. Die Terrasse ist von der Straße fast nicht einsehbar.

The apartment has a large living/bedroom which is extended to the south side with a terrace. The entrance, access to the terrace and the bathroom are at ground level and therefore also suitable for people with walking difficulties. The toilet seat is also elevated and the shower has no step.
