We completed this dream chalet with about 200 m² of usable space in 2020 to spend our vacations in the beautiful Lachtal together with our two children. Whether you're in the living room, at the dining table, on the terrace, in the garden or in the hot tub – everywhere you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape.

Das ®Hoam House ist eine Chalet der besonderen Art. Im Loft-Style lässt es sich entspannen und abschalten. Unser Highlight: ein beheizter Pool, der im Winter als Whirlpool genutzt wird – mit Fernblick über die Alpen und Nähe zu Graz. Ob Erholungstrip oder Stadturlaub, hier findet man alles, was das Herz begehrt. Der Wohnraum bietet 2+2 Betten (inkl. Komfort-Sofa). Direkt nebenan liegt das Fitnessstudio, das mit Schmoltis Chalet genutzt wird. Auch unsere Alpakas freuen sich auf euren Besuch!

Auf 18.000 m² hast du Platz für dein Team oder dich ganz privat: zum Arbeiten, Aktiv sein und Genießen, drinnen und im Freien. Das Clubhaus ermöglicht gemeinsames Arbeiten, Essen und Entspannen inmitten von natürlichem Licht und Natur und die Tiny Homes bieten Stille, Privatsphäre und erholsamen Schlaf.

Cycling enthusiasts will particularly like the Ybbs Valley cycle path. With canyoning, rafting and Flying Fox, adventure seekers are not left wanting. In the surrounding restaurants, inns and taverns you will be spoiled with culinary delights. Access to the cabin is possible by car via a gravel road.

Cosy Cottage in the mountains

The Troadkasten is an old granary, a traditionally built house, which we have lovingly transformed into a cozy chalet. The cottage is located directly on our organic mountain farm at 1100 m above sea level and can accommodate up to 6 people. Your retreat for a quiet break or starting point for hikes and excursions in the Almenland Nature Park in Styria. Dogs are welcome. Chickens, cats and farm dog Luna run freely around the farm.

NaturChalet

Our modern chalet in the beautiful Lachtal has 2 bedrooms for 4 to max. 6 people (additional sofa bed in one of the bedrooms), 2 shower rooms, a sauna, a cozy living-dining area with fireplace and a dream view of the mountains! The kitchen is equipped with the usual appliances, including a dishwasher and washer-dryer. Each bedroom is equipped with Swiss pine beds for restful and healthy sleep. In winter, we recommend snow chains!

Moderne Ferienwohnung in Kapfenberg für 2 Personen. Highlight ist der Whirlpool im Badezimmer mit integriertem TV – ideal für entspannte Nächte und besondere Wohlfühlmomente. Gratis Parken direkt vor Ort sowie Self Check-in per Schlüsselbox sorgen für flexible Anreise. Zentral gelegen, nur kurze Fahrzeit zum Grünen See und Red Bull Ring. Zahlreiche Wander- und Skigebiete der Obersteiermark befinden sich in der Nähe.

We wish you relaxing days in our chalet. In summer, you can start hiking and biking directly from the chalet. In winter, you can strap on your skis or snowboards directly and hit the slopes in the Hohentauern ski resort. We acquired the chalet in October 2023 and will gradually modernize it. We started with the large terrace outside. Our outdoor sauna, built in November 2024, is of course also available to you.

A perfect place to slow down and experience the Salzkammergut.
