Very cozy apartment, which was our "base camp" for bike tours. Good storage facilities for bicycles. Very nice contact with Sofia, thank you again!

Iris is a super sweet, helpful and warm hostess. The apartment is beautifully furnished and it has everything you need. A welcome package with drinks and cookies was ready in the kitchen. On the terrace, you have privacy and even in the rain, you can make yourself comfortable there. The apartment is in a quiet location and the surroundings are beautiful and excursions can also be reached wonderfully by train, as the Gaißach stop is right in front of the door (you don't notice the trains). We felt super comfortable and could have stayed there for many more weeks. We would come back in a moment! Absolutely recommended.

Even the greeting by Pauline conveyed a good feeling of being welcome. It was like staying with friends.

We spent our "honey moon" in the beautiful holiday home with Sabine. Sabine welcomed us so warmly and provided us with great information. The holiday home is beautiful and furnished with a lot of love. The location is outstanding. Directly on the Alpbach and only a few minutes' walk from Lake Tegernsee. Shopping is right across the street. Dear Sabine, we thank you for our unforgettable holiday 🤩

Simon's house exceeded our expectations. It was not only very lovingly and high-quality furnished, but also sparkling clean. We immediately felt at home. Communication with Simon was quick and smooth. He was always there when we had questions and kindly provided us with a shelter for our car when heavy hail was forecast. The area is very quiet, the house has a really good and inviting energy due to the large amount of wood. From Großweil, you can easily reach all the beautiful lakes or hiking trails. There is also a small supermarket in the village and in Murnau there are also larger markets, if you need more. We longed for rest and quiet this week and got just that. We had a wonderful time with Maria in Geißach! The lovingly expanded Alpine-style hut is a real gem – very well maintained, cozy and idyllically located at the end of a hermitage. We especially liked the quiet location on the mountain, surrounded by orchards, where you can sit in the shade and watch the calves. The amenities were excellent, especially for our little son: baby travel cot, high chair and even a stair gate – everything was available and in the best condition. Despite the quiet location, you can reach Aldi or DM in a few minutes by car, and the area also offers many beautiful excursion options. Maria was a very warm hostess, with whom you immediately feel welcome. We will be happy to come back!

With one laughing and one wistful eye, we look back on our stay with Georg and Gisela. Nostalgic, because time passed too quickly and we could have stayed forever... A week was simply too short! Laughing, because it was so beautiful and we are already looking forward to our next visit to Waltersberg. We can only agree with all the previous great reviews. Georg and Gisela are wonderful hosts, as they could not be better: attentive, warm, helpful and in short people to like. The house was charming, cozy, sparkling clean and well-equipped as expected, the beautiful garden very idyllic, full of flowers and well maintained, the charming surroundings and the short distances to the most beautiful mountain and lake landscapes are worth a trip anyway. We were guests of Maria and Josef for an extended hiking weekend. I can only agree with the previous reviews - we had a wonderful AirBnB experience in the best sense, as it was originally intended! You will live on the upper floor of the detached house - enough privacy, but also "family connection"! Maria and Josef have a big heart, are very friendly, open and helpful and gave us great tips for our hikes. The rooms are spacious, super clean, furnished in a traditional style, you have a great view everywhere, the balcony offers space to eat. The location is very quiet and surrounded by nature, yet you can reach the village for shopping or the highway in a few minutes by car and can also reach more distant destinations quickly. There is a lot to explore in the area, from easy walks to challenging summit tours! We immediately felt comfortable and welcome and would come back without hesitation!

A nice small tastefully furnished apartment. Landlady very nice. If you don't like huge pillows, you should bring your own. Kitchen very small and only the essentials available but very suitable for a short stay.

The apartment is beautiful and furnished with great attention to detail. The amenities were excellent and there was nothing missing. A wonderful view over the Walchensee from the terrace leads directly to relaxation. The host always responded quickly and was extremely friendly in communication. We particularly liked the personalized welcome board.

We had very nice days in Christa's apartment! The apartment is clean, has everything you need, a beautiful garden and a fantastic view of the mountains from the living room. There is a lot to discover in the area and you can also hike directly from the farm. Christa and her family are really child-friendly, very nice and helpful. Thank you again!

The communication with Susanne worked out great. My arrival time was flexible. The reception was warm, I was also given good advice for excursions in the area. There is nothing to complain about in the apartment, there is a large kitchen/living room, a large bathroom and a cozy bedroom. The location is quiet, you have a beautiful view of the idyllic Alpine foothills. Au is a rather quiet part of Bad Feilnbach, but self-catering guests will find everything they need (groceries, good baker, butcher). Everything is within walking distance. There is also a good restaurant. Hiking trails and beautiful destinations such as the Schliersee can be quickly reached by car. You can also quickly reach Bad Feilnbach. There are several restaurants and shops here. As a city person, I liked the relaxed rural atmosphere. Definitely a recommendation if you are looking for peace and relaxation in a nice environment

The stay at Valerie & Paul's was simply beautiful! You can see how much passion the two put into the whole thing. Both responded super quickly to messages and the communication was flawless. The check in also worked smoothly. The small terrace was a dream and is a real highlight in good weather (unfortunately we had bad luck). We also really liked the numerous tips for excursions, restaurants and cafés. We would stay again anytime.

The place was beautiful and flooded with light. In the morning, we could enjoy the sun directly in the accommodation, and the garden offered the perfect opportunity to soak up the warm sunbeams in complete tranquility. Everything was perfect: The place was clean, the beds were comfortable and equipped with wonderfully thick, cozy blankets. The fireplace provided coziness, and in the basement there was even a small gym with everything you needed. Hubert and Ines were great hosts – always quick to communicate and incredibly helpful. They even provided us with sleds! An absolutely great place and fantastic hosts.

Susanne's place in Murnau is very warm. In good weather, the view of the Alps is beautiful and the small terrace in front is very pleasant. We made the majority of walking trips between the studio and Murnau station, it is doable and the path is pleasant, but you have to like walking (about 30' to the center of Murnau and 40' to the train station). Close to the apartment, there is a lady who offers Thai massages. We enjoyed it and enjoyed it.

A truly excellent find. The accommodation is very well equipped and comfortable with amazing views and sunsets it is easy to understand why our hosts feel privileged to live there. Indeed our hosts were remarkably generous, kind and helpful and gave us great ideas on what to do. If we are lucky enough to return to the area we know where we would like to stay. Our stay in the modernly furnished house on the river in Gmund am Tegernsee with our two children (10 and 6) was completely successful! The apartment is well equipped – from the fully equipped kitchen to comfortable beds to towels, everything was available. The contact with the hosts was extraordinarily nice and straightforward. Questions were always answered quickly and competently, so we immediately felt welcome. The location couldn't be better: In the immediate vicinity there is a supermarket, various restaurants, banks and even a pharmacy. For excursions or day trips, the transport connection is ideal – the bus stop and train station are within walking distance. Thanks to the guest card, we were able to leave the car all week. There was a lot to discover around the Tegernseer Valley (Wallbergbahn, Schliersberg Alm with summer toboggan run, Blomberg, etc.). We can recommend the apartment at any time. Thank you for the wonderful time!

The apartment is great, we felt very comfortable! It really has everything you need. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and we were allowed to leave our luggage on the day of departure, so we could spend another day at the lake. Rainer is very warm and helpful. The fruit provided, the sparkling wine to welcome us and the sweets were very nice. We would have really liked to have stayed longer - if we end up at Lake Schliersee again, we will be happy to come back to this apartment!

We had a very good stay, the environment is very peaceful, great if you want to spend a quiet stay near nature and visit Munich. Please note, there is a 20-minute walk between the accommodation and the train station, the only downside :-)

The birdsong wakes you up in the morning and you drink your first coffee on the balcony overlooking the greenery while the water splashes in the pond. We had a wonderful stay in Johanna's green oasis. The apartment is chicly furnished with great colors and tasteful decoration. The kitchen is also very well equipped - sharp knives and well-preserved utensils. Work functions with the existing Wi-Fi most of the time. Munich is less than 30 minutes away by car.

The apartment is well located for both hiking in the surrounding area and access into Innsbruck. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The private outdoor terrace had tremendous views and was south facing yet still secluded. Small, well appointed supermarket 10 minutes walk away. Overall I would highly recommend.

The apartment was great, visually and the amenities were very good. The location to Lake Starnberg was also very suitable for us.
