The guest apartment is located on the second floor and is secluded from the rest of the villa with its own entrance, full kitchen & bathroom. Lovely throughout the year! Proximity to fantastic sea bathing, cozy farm shops & the forest around the corner is full of mushrooms & berries. Popular roads for road cycling, MTB & running. Just over 10 minutes by car into central Varberg. 45 minutes to Gothenburg. 30 minutes to shopping at Gåkås in Ullared.

Our new (2019) and nice guest house at cozy Södra Näs. Here you live on 37 sqm with high standard between Träslövsläge and Apelviken. You walk in a couple of minutes to several beaches or restaurants. You see the beautiful blue sea, from the kitchen table. Cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary for cooking everyday or partying. In addition to toilet, shower and sink, the bathroom also has a combined laundry and dryer. New patio (2020) with tables, chairs and ability to barbeque.

This apartment is located in a house with 4 apartments in the heart of Varberg, with a feeling of being in the countryside. Proximity to center, swimming, nightlife, shopping and restaurants 10 min walk. Lovely courtyard, which of course can be utilized, several patios and veranda. The apartment is fully equipped, there is a special need for something more, so we are guaranteed to solve this. It can be a bit responsive though, because it's an old house.
