Antonio's house is really beautiful. What we liked incredibly well is the very good equipment of garden furniture! There was a place to sit everywhere and if it is too hot downstairs, you can go to the roof terrace where there is always a breeze from the sea. Furthermore, the basic equipment was more than available. e.g. kitchen appliances and spices, enough towels, various cleaning agents, etc. The only thing that was not so good was the cleaning of the toilet and the dishes were partly not quite clean but that can happen and since we do not make a big problem out of it, that was also settled in no time. We will certainly recommend it and will be happy to come back!!!!

We recently spent six wonderful days in a beautiful villa in Cullera, just half an hour's drive from Valencia. The villa is located in a quiet, neat neighborhood and is ideally located within walking distance of the beach. What is immediately striking is that the house looks brand new. Everything is neatly finished, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the interior is tastefully decorated. There is more than enough space for a family, both inside and outside. The spacious terrace especially invites you to eat outside and enjoy the Spanish sun. One of the big pluses was the beautiful private swimming pool, which our children really couldn't get out of. Also practical: you can just park the car in the driveway, which is nice in this neighborhood. Cullera itself also has plenty to offer. The beach is wonderfully wide and clean, and a visit to the castle is definitely worth it. In short: a wonderful place where we immediately felt at home and close to Valencia!

Casa Malou is an absolutely outstanding find, a real gem! It is equipped with everything you could want for a beautiful and relaxing time! The kitchen it fully stocked, and the pool amenities are fantastic. The beds are very comfortable, the aircon is a great addition, and the place is very tastefully decorated. The location is great too, a very quick drive to multiple beaches and shops. The host was also really great and allowed us to check in very late at night and to check out quite late in the day, meaning we could enjoy an extra day in this slice of paradise. Highly recommend! Don’t hesitate, just book!

The place is just like the pictures. It is located in the mountains and is super quiet, plus the views are beautiful and it is a perfect place if you are looking to relax and unwind. Victor was a wonderful host and was available all the time. He recommended a lot of places and was very attentive. In short, it is an accommodation that I would definitely recommend to all those who are looking for a quiet vacation but with the option of making interesting plans such as visiting coves or villages.

Fantastic place. Exactly how it was described. Middle of no where - only thing I would say is be more prepared than us with mosquitoes but don’t let that put you off. Amazing place!

If I could give Cristobal’s place more stars I would! Without doubt the best airbnb I’ve stayed in. The photos on the listing make it look pretty but it is even more gorgeous in reality! Such a tranquil and beautiful space to relax in. There are so many details which add up to make this a really special place, it’s a two minute walk from the sea, the plunge pool, outdoor shower and immaculate garden were a highlight and the furnishings were tasteful and comfy. Cristobal was responsive and couldn’t do enough to help. I’d recommend this place to anyone!

Beautiful house where we enjoyed the lovely swimming pool and the beautiful decor. We found the different terraces by the pool and by the house very nice and tastefully decorated. We were missing a sink stopper and a parasol by the pool. This was immediately arranged when we asked about it. Very nice. The view at the house as well as the surroundings is really beautiful. Lots of options for walks. We'd love to come back.

Beautiful apartment very close to the beach / restaurants. Still quiet. Everything very clean. Jorge was very helpful and recommended some restaurants to us. Easy check in and out. We will be happy to come back. Highly recommend.

The apartment was really impeccable, identical to the description and photos. Vicente was very friendly and flexible with his schedule, we were very comfortable with a self check-in. Following our minor car breakdown and delay. I would recommend it without hesitation I will definitely come back to his place because we really liked the apartment!

The apartment was very well renovated and very comfortable both the beds and the bathrooms and the kitchen has not lacked anything, it is in the center of Gandia but it is a very quiet street and little time you are in the main streets, near there is a market. In short, we liked it very much. I was very comfortable ,like at home. If I come back for gandia I will repeat.

The place is as in the photos. Great location, a small supermarket that is open late, less than 3 minutes' walk away. The beach is almost on the doorstep, which is really great. For the price, the accommodation is completely fine, really little to complain about - the bed linen unfortunately did not really look fresh. The only thing is that the neighbor's fighting dog greets and says goodbye with aggressive barking, which can be a bit intimidating for children.

The apartment is located right on the beach. Access to the beach is very convenient. It is also close to restaurants and supermarkets, which makes shopping much easier. In addition, the terrace has beautiful ocean views. Highly recommended accommodation.

A wonderful apartment!!! Unbeatable location overlooking the sea and pool on a very quiet beach. The apartment has everything, including a covered terrace where you can eat while watching the sea. Alfonso was super friendly and recommended many places to go and was always looking out for us. Would definitely go back again.

Everything has been great, the apartment was clean and very cozy, he left us gifts for the children, and for us too, water and other things... the proximity to the beach, and not to mention the ocean views, the supermarket is very close, we would definitely stay here again

Wow! What a location and what a view. The condo looked just like the pictures and the beach down below is the perfect family beach. You can wade out into the shallows for a good ways. Lovely town and people. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Wow, what pleasant stay we had. This apartament is exactly like the pictures, even better because you can hear the waves from the bedroom which contributes to the whole relaxed environment. Gonzalo and his family were very responsive, Jose provided very useful tips for visiting Villajoyosa. We were a family of 4 traveling with 2 kids and we felt like home in this apartment. The apartment perfectly matches the description in the ad. Folding chairs and parasols are available for guests to take to the beach. The washing machine has a short 15-minute program, ideal for a short wash of swimsuits, and has space to hang them. The sofa bed in the living room is quite comfortable.
