Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Ganges

This was our first visit to Kashi, and I was there with my mom and younger sister. We enjoyed a lovely stay at Just Be Happy Homestay, which was just what we needed after discovering so much in Banaras. A big thank you to Akshay and his family for their assistance right from the start of our journey, from directing our auto-rickshaw driver to their homestay at 11 PM to sharing recommendations for more places to explore in this amazing city. We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb property in Nainital. The owner went above and beyond by organizing an amazing bonfire party, which made our evenings unforgettable. The staff were extremely cooperative and attentive to our needs. The food they prepared was absolutely delicious, adding to the overall fantastic experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Nainital!

Great place !! Best Airbnb in Varanasi. The flat was exactly as described-- clean, cozy and very spacious with all the amenities I needed. The location was fantastic, close to shop and public transport. I just returned from an incredible adventure at Da Alohas Homestay, and I couldn't wait to share my experience with you. From the moment we arrived, the team at Da Alohas made us feel like cherished guests. The hospitality was top-notch, and it truly set the tone for our stay. The property itself is absolutely stunning, nestled in a serene environment that offers breathtaking views. I must say, enjoying lunch with such an amazing backdrop was a highlight of our trip. The scenery is so picturesque that it feels like you’ve stepped into a postcard! One of the standout aspects of our stay was the food. The chef at Da Alohas is a culinary genius! Each meal was a delight, showcasing a menu that speaks for itself. We savored every bite, from local delicacies to international favorites, all prepared with such care and attention to detail. If you're looking for a getaway that combines relaxation with adventure, I highly recommend visiting Da Alohas at least once.

It has been an absolute pleasure to stay at The Quite Place. The name says it all, and pictures don’t do full justice as it’s much more beautiful than the pictures. We had an amazing and peaceful stay. It never felt that we were away from home. Everyone was extremely helpful. The food was amazing and service was top notch. Will definitely visit the Quite place again. Kudos to Chetan, Ankush and team for being such amazing and gracious hosts.

It was our second time at Sukoon. It is perched high up in the Kumaon hills, about a 20 minute uphill hike from the road, which ensures tranquility and minimal human interaction - exactly what we were looking for. The cottage stands facing a forest which comes alive with the sound of birdsong in the mornings. We spent a lot of time sitting on the deck reading, birdwatching, soaking up the Sun and star-gazing. The cottage itself is very well-appointed. The bedding is comfortable and warm, and the kitchen has everything one might need to prepare a small or elaborate meal. Three adorable, friendly dogs who accompanied us on our hikes made the deal even sweeter! Sushil, the host, was welcoming and hospitable. He showed us hiking paths from the property and viewpoints for sweeping views of the snow-capped Kumaon Himalayas in the distance. While he was always just a message away he ensured we had utmost privacy. We had the most wonderful stay at Sukoon and can't wait to be back!

It was fun at HR Residency, place is peaceful with no disturbance outside. You will get a beautiful view from your balcony. Blinkit and Zomato is also available at the location. Plus, you can easily walk for some good nearby cafes or bakery. Overall it's totally worth it.

The place is amazing, the hosts were great. They have a 24/7 care taker in the property named Sachin, who took care of all the needs we had on commuting, eating and sightseeing. The rooms are exactly as described in the listing, the view from the balcony was breathtaking. Though the property requires some stairs and I understand it is structurally required because if the terrain of the houses Nainital, and the hosts really cannot do anything about it, but Shivang was really helpful to inform us of the prior to that, and since no one among us had any mobility issue, we were fine. But for someone who has, this property is not recommended. The property is walking distance to the bustand and there are lot of eateries and activities to do around the area. The furnishings in the property were new and fairly maintained, the bedsheets were fresh and the blankets were good and fresh too. The bathrooms were clean and modern, kitchen had all the amenities. Overall our stay was amazing.

Over all everything was good as described, Chef and staff members were nice providing tasty meals and offering help when needed, Nani lake view from the balcony & room's as well, Foggy cool weather early mornings giving fresh vibes, which made traveling and expenses worthy . . . !

Tikas 2 bedroom apartment on 1st floor was a loverly quiet stay. It’s not easy to find this in Pokhara but my tip is to stay north east of the lakeside near the forest or towards pame. The energy of the place is very homely, grounded and you don’t feel like a Tourist staying here. Many people stay here for a longer period of time so there is no headless chicken energy here.

The place is great and the view is amazing. The food is good too and pretty reasonable. The path to the place is a bit tricky but otherwise all great.

If you are going with more than 4 people & would like to have a home like feeling, this is the place you can opt for. The place is as beautiful as described & available in photos, the caretaker + cook is really helpful & cook nice food.

Hi I would recommend this home stay and their caretaker mr joshi has taken great care of us and he cooks wonderful food. The place is also idyllic and peaceful.

Five plus stars!! The live-in host and hostess treated us like part of the extended family. They welcomed us, helped arrange transportation, and advised us on what not to miss (we were a group of six cultural travelers). The easy walk to Boudhanarth Stupa to join the locals in their early morning observances is not to be missed (we went twice). The large house is beautifully furnished with an artistic flair. Sit out on the patio in the garden under large avocado trees dripping with fruit. A great stay in Kathmandu.

We were a group of friends and family visited this place. The view of snowcapped mountains from this beautiful property blown us away. The place is also beautifully done. staring from the furniture, light shades, the books in the shelf all speaks the taste of the owner. lastly the stuffs headed by Mr Negi was extremely helpful. They cook great tasty food whatever you order. They also obliged us to lit the fireplace which is an unique experience to us. Except the entrance which is little stiff climb of 100 meters rest all are good to this place. I wish to come back again sometime later.

The property is tucked away in peaceful surroundings, far from the hustle and bustle—truly a hidden gem amidst nature 🌿. The house itself is aesthetically done with so much love and care. Every corner felt warm, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. The plush lawn area quickly became a favorite spot for our family—whether it was morning tea, evening chats, or just soaking in the serenity. A special shoutout to Ravindra and Karan, the amazing caretaker and cook, who made our stay extra memorable. His homely food was delicious and comforting, and his warm hospitality made us feel completely at home. Our parents and child enjoyed every bit of it—we all left with happy hearts and memories to cherish. If you’re looking for a peaceful, nature-filled escape with all the comforts of home, The Buraansh is the place to be. Thanks Abhineet, you are an amazing Host!!!

Had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cosy, and well-equipped, making us feel right at home. Communication by the host (Sunil) was proactive, smooth and prompt, giving all the information you'll ever need - Exactly what you'd want for a first-time visitor. The homestay is in a great neighbourhood with access to local attractions, you'll have to drive a bit, though. The forests around are scenic, which I believe would look equally amazing throughout the year. Overall, my family and I especially enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the authentic local experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to explore Majkhali and Ranikhet and enjoy genuine hospitality!

We are frequent travellers , have stayed at many cottages in mukteshwar and it’s surrounding regions…but this place ..Casa saara ,of Capt Nitin Anand ji is something else ..this is a beautiful cottage built by captain with perfect location in sitla ,lush green surroundings with 3 side entrance ..lots of trees,lots of sitting places ,full of natural beauty and fresh air everywhere …tasty home food served by cook deepak …beside this captain and Co host surendra are so friendly and responsive that you will love to stay at this place and would carry beautiful memories with you ..if you are a pizza and coffee lover ,than do visit cafe Awara in near by Sitla market,managed by surendra and his wife…would love to visit again and again …thanks a lot nitin ji for your super hospitality.
