Unique pigsty outside Borås

A quarter of an hour outside Borås in Fritsla, this brick building was a pigsty 100 years ago. Here you can enjoy nature and Häggån, which flows 10 meters from the house. It is a quiet area with two other residential buildings a few hundred meters away. The house consists of a single large living room of 100 m2 with kitchen, dining area and sofa area with fireplace. My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

Dream place by the lake

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

Här får hela arbetslaget, kompisgänget eller familjen plats. Jag bor tillsammans med min man i det lilla torpet på gården. Skogen finns runt omkring med svamp, bär och promenadvägar. Mycket goda chanser att se både rådjur och älg nära huset. Nära en länsväg och lätt att ta sig med bil till Borås city 11 km, där finns Knalleland med shopping, Borås djurpark mm. Göteborg 70 km med Liseberg och Universum mm, Landvetter 50 km Ullared 80 km, 2 badsjöar med bil 6km eller promenad ca 2,5km.

"Lillhuset" har 2 sängar (1 sovrum och 1 loft) . Vi bäddar skönt till er och handdukar finns. Entire house near a lake, ski trails, a restaurant, and Borås

Huset ligger i det charmiga samhället Dalsjöfors 15 minuter från Borås centrum. Boendeplan är nyrenoverat. Städning, sängkläder och handdukar ingår. 1 km till jättefin sjö där det går bada, fiska & grilla. På promenadavstånd (5min) hittar ni en prisbelönt tapasrestaurang, pizzeria, mataffär och bageri. I samhället finns också tennisbanor, padelbanor, en gångstig runt sjön med flera grillplatser. I källaren (äldre standard) finns ytterligare en toalett, dusch och tvättmaskin.

Swim and fish in the lake, relax on the jetty or in the wood-fired sauna, cook in our fantastic outdoor kitchen or walk on beautiful forest roads. During late summer and autumn, you can take the opportunity to pick mushrooms in the forests around the property. Only 50 minutes by car to the city pulse in Gothenburg, 15 minutes by car to Borås.
