I stayed here for about a month and a half with my boyfriend while I studied at Yonsei University. The house has lots of space for the price and everything you need. The location is also very convenient, it is a quick walk to the bus stop, subway station, and Sinchon’s main area. It is also a bit tucked away from the main streets so it stays quiet. The host is very helpful and responds very quickly. I’d recommend anyone to stay here and would love to come again!

I had a great stay at this place! The room was very clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to many tourist attractions. The host was also very friendly and easy to communicate with.

Ji Won was very helpful and patient since the beginning. it was my first time to Korea and was travelling with my mum so i wanted to find an accessible airbnb. Ji Won’s place was perfect. it was a short walk from the airport bus stop. the first 2 days there was extremely cold as there was a cold surge so the electrical blanket provided was really nice and kept us warm. our only small complaint would be the toilet. the insulation wasn’t the best thus cold air was constantly coming in and it was extremely cold so our showers were always short 😅 nonetheless the location was great as it’s nearby Changdeokgung Palace and Myeongdong was just about 20 mins subway ride. would definitely recommend Ji Won’s place.

Young Ju is a great owner, very helpful and responds immediately. The flat location is near Yeoksam station exit 1, short 5-7 mins walk. We had a family reunion and the flat could accomodate our big family, the younger ones occupied the 2nd floor. The flat has everyhing you need to feel like home for a month or even longer.

Clean, easy and just a good place to stay.

It was a very nice place, so I'd love to stay again if I get the chance!It was friendly and very good.Here's what you need to know about your stay. Fefa Station is the nearest station.From Fefa Station, there is no up and down the road, so it is easy to understand and easy to get to the house.(You can also walk to Dongdaemun Station and Jongno 5-ga Station, but it is a little further than Fefa Station, and there is a little up and down.) The bus stop called Dongdaemun General Market is about between Dongdaemun Station and Jongno 5-ga Station, so it is easy to understand how to get to and from the airport⇔ house. The house is clean and stylish as pictured.It is kept clean and pleasant. There is also a range, pots, dishes, silverware, pots, knives, etc., and dish soap. You can also use the washing machine, but please take your detergent with you. There is also a balcony where you can enjoy meals. The surrounding area is safe and very quiet. There is a Starbucks and CU (convenience store) between the area around Fefa Station to the house, making it convenient.There are also cafes, mochi shops, and bakeries. There is also a hair dryer in the bathroom.Body soap and shampoo are also available.Bring your own toothbrush. The host will give you recommendations for nearby shops and send me a message how to use the room.They returned my questions right away and prepared what I asked for right away.Thank you for your kindness, polite, and quick to respond.

Best bang for your buck, hands down. It's a cozy studio for 1 person. It has everything except for dryer. Half basement room, easy to get in and out, quiet. Convenient store & laundry right next door. 5 min walk uphill from the main street. Food places everywhere walkable. 10 min to Seoul Univ station or to Nakseongdae station Line 2 gets you anywhere in Seoul. ICN airport ride 6017 5 min walk, every 30 min or so.

Apartment looks a little bigger than it actually is in the photos and the upper floor is quite dark. The place is still a 10/10. I felt at home after a short time. The amenities and condition of the apartment were immaculate. A beautiful view from the roof terrace, plenty of towels and everything right nearby. 7 Eleven 2 min walk. If I come to Gangnam again, I will definitely book this place again! Thank you for this lovely stay! :)

The accommodation was really clean, well equipped with heating and amenities, and the owner was really kind! You can see the stars very well at night, and there is a valley right in front of you, but it's so pretty, and I think it would be so nice to go back in the summer.

JoungHwa is very nice and always very quick to respond to messages. We had a very great time at the Airbnb. Also very central. We enjoyed our time very much

I stayed in this room with my younger brother and his girlfriend, and as soon as I arrived, I was like, "Wow, this room is really big and high, it feels really open!" The balcony view was pretty, and the interior was so pretty that the two of them took 300 couple selfies. I was worried that they wouldn't like it since they were young, but they liked it more than I thought, so I was relieved. Thanks to the kind owner of our family and the pretty and comfortable pension, we made good memories. I'll come again~ 💛

It was nice that it was quiet because it was a residential area. I was sensitive to bedding, but it was fluffy and cozy, so it was the best place I've ever been! There was a lot of entertainment and food nearby, so I enjoyed a date, and I was able to eat at the dining table that was like a campsite on the rooftop, so it was a meaningful memory:) The object was emotional, and the songs I heard as soon as I went in made me feel better, thank you.

Daniel’s place was truly a gem! This house is located in a quiet alleyway and super convenient to bus and subway stations. There are plenty of restaurant options nearby and a great location if you are walking. The house itself was super clean with great amenities. We fell asleep as soon as we got there- the bed was also extremely comfortable! Lastly, the host is super helpful and accommodating with all of our needs. We would 100% recommend this place!

This cute but spacious house was located in the heart of Incheon and great as a home base to go all over Korea. It's a bit hard to find an affordable 2+ bed 2 bath accomdation in Seoul but luckily I found this listing. The host was very nice and responsive. We didn't have any issues with the place and found it quite comfortable. There a lot of international food options here so if you get tired of Korean food you can walk around and find a variety of cuisines.

Oh my goodness. There is a place like this in Seoul? Healing to the point that only I really want to know. It is divided into the main house and Sarangchae, so each person rested privately, and at night, they all gathered in the yard together and watched the night view. Beer- The atmosphere is crazy. In the room (I asked the host, I recommended it one day ago) and delivered it to me, and I didn't drink it on the makgok, but it was also steamed happy... I liked it because it was close to the convenience store. In the morning, I stretched alone in the yard while listening to the sound of birds, but the air was clear and quiet, so I felt completely reset. I'm going to take my friends again next time!

I was able to rest well in a comfortable and quiet space. Thanks to the meticulous preparation and care, I was able to have a good time with my friends. If I visit Hongcheon again next time, I want to stay again.

1. Best place to stay if you love shopping in gangnam. It's pretty much close to so many restaurants and shops 2. Gaining access to public transport is super easy as the place is close the bus stops, train stations and taxi drivers are everywhere 3. The host is amazing! Mr Lee was very helpful with my inquiries and gave myself a tour around the local area. 4. The apartment was spacious with plenty of space (much bigger than the usual apartments). 5. Overall I had a blast staying there :) Would highly book it again if I were to visit Gangnam again

It is a very local and comfortable rooftop room located on Tongdak Street. Although it is a rooftop, privacy is definitely protected and the space is spacious without any shortage. There are extra blankets and pillows, so it's very comfortable, and the room, bathroom, and kitchen are very clean. When the lights are on on the rooftop, it's quite beautiful. Check-in was easy and communication with the host was very good. You gave me a lot of help so that I could rest very comfortably during my stay.

It’s only 15/20 min walk from lotte world and lotte tower and you can enjoy the view during that walk 🤌🏻
