A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). Our two-story duplex apartment is located in a quiet, safe, and conveniently accessible area with views of trees and forests.

The house itself is situated in an idyllic location in the countryside. Destinations such as the thermal spa Erding and Munich can be reached in 30 minutes by car.

Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk.
