Close to a small bistro, overlooking the bike path, 50 m away. 20 minutes from Bordeaux, 40 minutes from Saint-Émilion and 1 hour 15 minutes from the Arcachon Bay. nearby wine castles, as well as equestrian centers... supermarket 10 min drive or 1/2 hour by bike. Our house is located in the heart of the village, 500 meters from the aerocampus site and the welding institute. This is a room in our house. There are 5 bedrooms in total. We occupy 2. We offer two for rent. We dedicate a bathroom to our guests, to share when the 2 Bedrooms are rented. You will love the comfort of this cozy, tastefully decorated, quiet room. It is upstairs and is not suitable for the elderly. Wifi connection, air-conditioned space. Towels provided. New bedding, very comfortable. The bathroom and toilet can be shared with any guests in the other room if occupied, ourselves using the one on the ground floor. Breakfast is included (homemade organic bread and homemade jam).
