You can book this with confidence. This is a great apartment in a quiet location at a reasonable distance from the heart of Bordeaux. The value for money is fine. The neighborhood is becoming trendy with a food hall nearby.

The stay in Cedric's apartment was pleasant. The apartment is well located, easy to get around on foot and reach the center. The area is quiet. The apartment is clean, well equipped and matches the photos shown. Two small clarifications: the ceiling is low, it is an attic, be careful if you are very tall. The bathroom is located inside the bedroom, not separated by any door, there is not much privacy. If you are traveling with more than two people, keep in mind that whoever sleeps on the sofa bed, every time they use the bathroom must enter the room. Overall I would say it was a good stay

Very large apartment and excellent Internet. 2nd bathroom did not have a toilet which was unusual. Large patio with two nice seating areas. Nice bottle of Bordeaux as a welcome gift. We would stay there again.

We had a pleasant family stay in the Capucine house. The house is very comfortable and warm and the large garden is very pleasant. It's perfect for family moments. There's room for everyone. The house is well equipped and tastefully decorated. The environment is very quiet. Everything was absolutely perfect, beyond our expectations! Patrick and Véronique (parents of Jean-Victor) do everything to make the stay enjoyable: small touches upon arrival, a warm welcome, good recommendations for addresses, and always very helpful. The apartment is superb, well maintained, very well equipped (a pleasure to cook on site), and the terrace is obviously amazing. The plus: all baby essentials (crib, baby bathtub, changing mat). We were there with our 4 month old baby and everything went smoothly. Thank you so much, we'll be back!

beautiful apartment, with all the amenities, no need to buy anything, code entry system, facilitating access without needing the hosts even for a late arrival. the hosts are full of attention, when I arrived I found a note to my attention, coffee... i highly recommend this place

Staying at Jacqueline's was a new and special experience. The house is beautiful , functional and cozy, it has the flavor of things seen and lived, makes Jacqueline enter the world of Jacqueline who was very kind, she welcomed us by explaining everything practical and providing us with various material, addresses brochures, selections of her places of the heart. The terrace is beautiful, it has a terrace with flowers table umbrellas and enchanting natural light... At your disposal for breakfast, a kitchen equipped with every element, everything creates the feeling of being a citizen of Bordeaux for a few days. Thank you to Jacqueline for what she offers to those who are staying in her home. Ps. the apartment is on the third floor with an elevator already from the garage and only until August 31 to reach the city center you have to walk to the Pont de Pierre : it is not a problem , it is a nice walk on the view of Bordeaux !

Very nice little apartment decorated with great taste, great bedding, located in a nice quiet pine forest and the most beautiful pool in this season, very few people. We had a very pleasant stay.
