Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Gare Saint Jean, Bordeaux

We had a lovely stay at Marie's, who is a very nice and friendly person, she is responsive, attentive and allowed us to adapt the arrival and departure times. The accommodation is cozy and functional, and very well located which allowed us to enjoy our activities without having to worry about taking the car. Thank you very much!

We booked a week from Friday, August 9 to Thursday, August 15, and we were not disappointed! The accommodation offered was very good, clean, equipped, quiet, no worries on our side. It is located 10/15 minutes from Bordeaux center, next to parks in the city of Talence. The big plus is also the pool right next to the accommodation, which is accessible until 10pm, in summer it's a big advantage! Olivier is responsive when we call him if we have a problem. He takes care to call before the trip but also during, in case a need arises. He offered me several times to give me information about Bordeaux and its surroundings if I needed it. In short, we had a good week's vacation. Feel free to book this place, it will satisfy you as much as we do!

Great place in the heart of Bordeaux City old town. Only negative is that there was no dryer as listed, but the drying rack worked well.

Beautiful apartment! No complaints, the accommodation is welcoming and very clean, well located (close to Bordeaux and convenient with a parking space), spacious (with a nice exterior). I highly recommend it! In addition, the welcome was perfect. Rémi is reachable and check-in is also easy ☺️

We spent almost two weeks in Alexandra's apartment and had a fantastic experience. The kitchen was fully equipped and there were plenty of board games and equipment for mini golf and table tennis. The surrounding area offered a variety of activities such as a swimming pool, splash park, eco park for tree adventures, biking paths, and the opportunity to rent bikes. There were also tennis courts, Padel, and squash facilities nearby. Overall, we highly recommend staying at Alexandra's apartment for a fun and active vacation. The amenities and activities make it a great choice for a memorable trip. Merci!

It is actually a hostel with lots of availabilities. The rooms was clean and nice. There was even kitchenwares if needed. The area is beautiful and very close to Bordeaux center. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I did this reservation very late night and sudden but i was glad that there were available places.

I am glad I booked to stay here during my Volunteering assignment with Paris 2024 Olympics. This was my first visit to France . The tram station next door to this location was a big factor to make this a great experience.

What a beautiful memory I would keep of this apartment. I recommend 200% this place where several apartments are gathered in an intimate and cozy place. The inner courtyard is superbly decorated and harmonious with several “cocooning” places where we can lounge or do yoga;-). The apartment was as in the photos…… clean, soberly decorated and cosi. Nearby: an excellent bakery, a convenience store and a little further away from big shopping in a very nice shopping center! (You won't miss anything;-) ). Athletes will be able to give themselves to joy: beautiful bike path, beautiful harbor ... All together for lovely walks and running. As for Vanessa: what a beautiful meeting…. It makes you comfortable right away. Very responsive, she advises you very well on the amenities and places to visit around. Beyond that, I really appreciated his kindness and authenticity;-) Thank you Vanessa!!

Sophie listened to our needs and gave us clear and precise instructions to find the apartment and the different premises. The listing warns that work is underway in front of the building and the apartment was well insulated so it did not bother us. The apartment is a student accommodation that contained the necessary to stay there properly. It is located near the docks, which facilitates access to the city center by bike or car. The only downside was the dust under the sofa that came out when we unfolded it. Otherwise the apartment was clean with towels and sheets available.

We had a pleasant stay at Martin's with our cats. A beautiful, quiet environment in the forest. The accommodation matched the photos, the apartment was clean. We were able to enjoy the pool and the services of the nearby hotel, too bad the weather wasn't good😅. Thanks to Martin for his responsiveness and directions that helped us find the accommodation easily.

Delphine was a fantastic host! Being a large group, it’s always hard to find a suitable place but this was perfect. Watersports on our door step, and beautiful sunsets every night. As a host, Delphine was great… always answered my messages and helped when we had a huge storm that stopped the electrics for some hours! Thanks for a memorable stay!

We (family of five, early August) were very comfortable in the house from start.  Everything was as described. A very large and very nicely maintained garden with an enclosed porch and a heated pool. The kitchen was very well equipped including fully automatic coffee maker. Xavier was always available and was able to help us quickly by phone with problems. The house is perfect for a family .

Guilhem was very responsive and helped with a last second booking. the house is big and comfortable. nice outdoor space

Rémi and Aline were fantastic hosts! Very responsive and friendly. They also made us feel incredibly welcome at their beautiful villa. They made certain that we have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I recommend their place highly!!

We stayed 7 people in Yann’s apartment. Yann greeted us at the train station and escorted us to his flat which made it completely stress and worry free for us to arrive. It is difficult to describe the apartment…….. perfect doesn’t do it :) Everything is extremely well organised and designed and we immediately fell in love with the place. It is out of the centre but it takes only few minutes with the tram and there are a few nice restaurants in walking distance. We where looking forward to dining out but we ended up cooking at home because the place felt so cozy . Stay here, you want regret it ;)

Beautiful house very pleasant to live in, very well equipped and arranged. The Saint Augustin district is very nice, real village, the city center of Bordeaux easily accessible by tram. Simon is responsive and available to give recommendations to improve our stay. I recommend it!
