Condo holiday rentals in Garfagnana

Wir lieben dieses Häuschen in den Bergen von Italien und waren schon das zweite Mal hier. Und nicht das letzte Mal ;) das Haus ist gemütlich, ordentlich, schön und hat mehr als alles an Ausstattung, was man nur so gebrauchen kann. Die Lage isg der Hammer und wir können hier so richtig chillen und toll wandern, sogar direkt vom Haus aus. Alessandra ist super nett und immer erreichbar. Er hat ein ganz persönliches Paradies erschaffen. Eine absolute Empfehlung :)

Daniele’s apartment in Barga was ideally situated close to the old town and within walkable distance to everything we needed. There was lots of space and excellent cooking facilities. The terrace was a lovely place to sit and enjoy the views of the old town and the mountains.

La residenza di Antonio è semplicemente un insieme di cose belle. La posizione centralissima ma non invasiva con un dito raggiungi tutto ma mantieni la tua privacy perché l'appartamento è talmente bello e funzionale che ti avvolge di belle sensazioni non è disturbato dal traffico e dal rumore in genetale arredato con grande gusto e arricchito qua e la di piacevoli particolari. Per l'ospite non manca niente per primo la grande disponibilità di Antonio che ti accoglie di persona e ti fa sentire a casa tua fin da subito, la disposizione della casa e tutti i suoi accessori a disposizione dell'ospite anche il parcheggio con un po' di attenzione rimane nelle vicinanze, ci sono le scale comuni all'interno ma non sono ripide e quindi agibili per tutti. Veramente una piacevole esperienza per mia moglie per me e per il nostro piccolo pelosetto Elvis. Grazie ancora Antonio

Just arrived home from a fantastic holiday in Lucca at the studio of Alberto and Chiara . Alberto met us on arrival and was very pleasant and helpful . The studio was lovely clean and spacious . We were just two guests but there was no problem making up the second double bed . We both slept very well as it was so peaceful and the blackout shutters made the place nice and dark . The kitchen is well equipped with a two ring gas top . Fridge was spacious and worked well to keep everything cold and fresh . Bathroom was lovely with lots of towels . The location is marvellous as you can be into the centre of town in 10 minutes Also Train station and bus station short walk . Lots of things to do in the area . Full of churches museums and places to eat and drink . I would highly recommend going to the church of San Giovanne at 7 pm to hear some of the opera singers . Lots of Puccini pieces to hear . The shopping is the best I’ve ever seen for such a small town Lucca we will be back !,

Die Wohnung von Marco in Monsummano Terme war einfach fantastisch! Alles war sehr sauber, gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, und auch die Lage ist ideal: ruhig und charmant, aber gleichzeitig ein super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Florenz, Pisa, Lucca oder sogar Rom. Der Gastgeber Marco ist außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit. Seine schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation war sehr angenehm. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Wir haben eine Woche bei Rodolfo verbracht und haben die Zeit und die Ruhe dort sehr genossen. Der Check in war einfach dank der guten Beschreibung von Rodolfo. Auch hatte er einige sehr gute Tipps für die Umgebung. Es gab einen wunderbaren Garten und eine Terrasse, auf der wir viel die Sonne genossen haben. Im Ort gibt es auch zwei sehr gute Restaurants und eine sehr gute Pizzeria, alle sind fußläufig erreichbar. Lucca erreicht man in inter 30 Minuten mit dem Auto, der nächste Supermarkt ist 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden gerne nochmal wieder kommen.

Nice apartment direct in the historical part of the city, not noisy at all as the windows are overlooking the entrance (very unusual layout). Ferry boats to cinque terre are almost around the corner. A bus to beaches of LERICI is also next door. Plenty of restaurants, bakery with fresh bread, quick reaction from host was much appreciated! It was a nice relaxing time out in la spezia!

Gemütliche Wohnung mit toller Terrasse und Pool, von dem man eine wunderbare Aussicht auf die Natur und das Meer hat. Die Straße zur Wohnung ist zwar abenteuerlich, aber befahrbar. Dafür ist die Gegend sehr ruhig und um die Wohnung herum ist Natur. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und immer erreichbar. Hier würde ich definitiv auch noch einen zweiten Urlaub verbringen!

L’emplacement à côté de la gare est idéal pour faire la visite des Cinque Terre ainsi que pour visiter à pied La Spezia. L’appartement est ultra propre et la terrasse est la vraie vedette de ce logement. Quel plaisir de manger dehors matin, midi et soir. Merci à Carla et à son mari qui sont ont aidé avec nos valises et les poussettes à notre arrivée et à notre départ pour la gare.

L’appartement de Luca est très bien situé, à moins de 10 min à pied de la gare tout en étant dans un joli quartier près de la rue piétonne. Luca est très réactif pour répondre aux messages et arrangeant. L’appartement est agréable. Le matelas de la grande chambre est assez ferme. Ceux de la petite chambre et du canapé sont parfaits. Le salon est petit mais nous n’étions jamais là la journée. Idéal pour profiter des Cinque Terre !

Luca's place helped us relax and refresh in the middle of our two week trip. we were able to wash our clothes and take a shower in a larger than the mini showers we were using in other places along the way. Luca is extremely helpful and responsive. I want to thank you very much for the great place Luca!

Super friendly host, gorgeous view on the listing and a window on top of your bed to view the stars at night!!

Sehr gemütliche und originelle Unterkunft! Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl und willkommen gefühlt, besonders durch die freundliche Begegnung mit Dominique. Die Umgebung ist für Naturliebhaber perfekt. Man kann schöne E-Bike-Touren unternehmen und sich im nahe gelegenen Dorf mit Lebensmitteln eindecken oder die Restaurants und Bars besuchen.

Emplacement idéal dans la vieille ville touristique et proche de la tour. Niché dans un vieil immeuble typique de la vieille ville, ce 2 pièces a été rénové en gardant le style local. On apprécie la grande hauteur sous plafond, la grande chambre, les beaux matériaux de rénovation comme ces portes en bois massif , les encadrures de porte laissées rondes comme à l'origine avec un vitrail pour jointer avec la porte, la cuisine très bien équipée et le jardin mignon avec terrasse et tonnelle en chèvrefeuille pour manger à l'ombre. Enfin, la touche "style industrie" avec les poutres en acier se marie bien avec l'ensemble. Bravo Lucas pour cette belle restauration ! Tout commerce et restaurants à 2 pas. Rue très peu passante et fenêtre double vitrage bien isolante. Enfin, Lucas est très prévenant pour tout expliquer.

Lovely stay in Tuscany! Patrizia had started a warming fire going for us in the fireplace upon arrival, as the weather was chilly and rainy. The house was very cozy, artistically decorated, and well appointed -- it made us feel very much at home away from home. Gorgeous views of Tuscany from the bedroom windows, and a well cared for garden which had lemons, rosemary, basil and many flowering plants. Patrizia was the absolute best hostess and provided for all our needs during our stay. There was plenty of room for everybody in the house, and there was even a lovely little kitchen which was fully stocked (salt, pepper, spices, coffee, milk, and more!). Note there is not an oven, but we were able to cook breakfast every day, and even a few dinner meals for our small group in the mini kitchen (there is a mini fridge which fit a lot of perishable food for its size!, and a small induction stove top). Thank you for the perfect stay!

Merci encore à Fulvio pour la qualité de son accueil et ses nombreux conseils concernant le quartier . L’appartement est très bien équipé, très propre et vraiment très bien situé. Il est à proximité de la gare , des bus , d’un supermarché et de petits restaurants locaux . Accès aux Cinque Terre très facile . Nous avons aussi visité les carrières de Carrare et Porto Venere. Séjour parfait

Wir hatten mit unseren Kindern (7 & 9 Jahre) einen wunderschönen Urlaub im Poggio al Cassone. Die Städte Pisa, Lucca, Volterra und Florenz haben wir sehr gut erreichen können. Für die Kinder war der Pool das Highlight nach den Ausflügen. Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön gestaltet, das Appartement wirklich gross und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir können uns gut vorstellen, wieder zu kommen. :)

La casa è davvero stupenda, curata nei dettagli e con uno stile unico che la rende memorabile. Joke, che si occupa del check-in, è stata molto gentile e disponibile, anche se la procedura è risultata un po' lunga e richiede un po’ di pazienza. Le camere sono un po' buie, e c’è una zona che somiglia più a un deposito che a uno spazio ben integrato con il resto dell’alloggio — un piccolo stacco in un contesto altrimenti molto curato. A parte questo, tutto è meraviglioso: ambienti accoglienti, atmosfera rilassante e grande attenzione ai particolari. Il prezzo è alto, in linea con la media della zona, considerando lo stile e la qualità dell’esperienza.

Deborah ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sie hat sich wunderbar um uns gekümmert. So eine tolle Gastgeberin hatten wir noch nie. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt in der Toskana und ein guter Ausgangspunkt um die Gegend zu erkunden. Wir können Deborahs und Katias Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Semplicemente tutto perfetto, dall’accoglienza all’aperitivo, dalla cena servita in casa (dal ristorante!) alla colazione panoramica, l’utilizzo della piscina… semplicemente PERFETTO!

This place was amazing! We had the best relaxed holiday at Nicola’s apartment. Everything was perfect. Absolutely everything you would need was provided and the plunge pool , upstairs kitchen on the fantastic roof terrace was just brilliant. We spent 3 relaxing days there popping in and out of the pool. Nicola was an amazing host, he checked in to see how we were doing, gave us recommendations of restaurants in the area. He went above and beyond by picking us up at the station on arrival and taking us back at the end of our holiday. The apartment is exactly as the photos show however better with high quality furnishings and comfortable bed. Nicola has thought of everything to make your stay a home from home with extras like the pool. Thank you for a brilliant stay . We will be back.

Attico davvero insolito!!!! Posizione comoda, molti bar e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. La vista dal balcone è spettacolare, si può ammirare il tramonto in modo splendido. L'interno dell'attico è molto suggestivo, ci sono molte cose interessanti e perfino un giradischi (si possono ascoltare i Beatles, dischi e molti altri artisti famosi). L'ascensore arriva direttamente all'attico, è molto comodo!!!

An absolutely stunning place! Despite all the glowing reviews, they can’t fully capture the experience of staying here. From the moment you arrive, it feels like stepping into a luxurious estate. The grounds and pool are breathtaking, offering a serene and relaxing escape. If you're looking for peace and tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of Lucca and Pisa, this is the perfect place to unwind. We stayed from April 30 to May 4, 2025, and had a wonderful time. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos—beautifully furnished and fully equipped. If you’re looking for a reliable, always helpful, and genuinely friendly host, Elisa is the perfect choice. We were able to enjoy a relaxing short holiday as a family. Great restaurants are nearby, and the region offers the perfect mix: Pisa and its surroundings with beautiful beaches and rich history, the stunning Cinque Terre, and the scenic Florence area. Highly recommended!
