Very pretty place where to stay like at home

We had a nice time in Helmut & Paula's vacation home. The accommodation was superbly equipped & very spacious. The communication around our stay was always super fast & very friendly. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful location, surrounded by nature, far from the chaos of the city, we really relaxed, reminiscent of typical Italian mountain houses, in the most niche areas. Spectacular!!!!

I just returned from an incredible stay at the stunning chalet Alp11 in heart of Garmisch, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the modern and stylish design. Everything felt fresh, clean, and meticulously maintained. The location was absolutely ideal. Being right in the downtown area meant we were just a short, pleasant walk away from everything! We easily explored the charming shops, enjoyed meals at local restaurants, and even hopped on the train at the nearby station for day trips. It truly couldn't have been more convenient. If you're looking for a modern, comfortable, and perfectly located base for exploring the beauty of Bavaria, look no further. This Airbnb is a true gem, and we can't wait to return! We were there with 7 adults for 4 days and felt very comfortable. The house has a special and inviting, enveloping atmosphere. It is not simply furnished for tourists, it has the spirit of the owner and the surroundings with many loving and meaningful details. We found everything we needed to cook. The kitchen table is a great place to linger and have conversations. It's just nice and highly recommended. The 2 toilets are also helpful if you live with a larger group. It was all excellent! Super nice area, extremely quiet and great hiking trails right from the house. We met the landlord briefly, super nice people. Otherwise, you have complete peace and quiet, self check in/check out is also great. Highly recommend.

We spent a week in the beautiful house in the middle of a fantastic garden. In total, we were four adults and four children between 0 and 3 years old. The layout with two rooms upstairs and a shared bathroom was perfect for us with two families. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired with a coffee machine, toaster, hand mixer and salad spinner and the children were delighted with building blocks, Duplo and various games. The garden is huge and beautiful and was used extensively by us. Our hosts not only provided us with helpful tips for activities in the area, but also spoiled us with fresh rolls and homemade cakes. We even received active support when filling the paddling pool! Georg and Giesela are probably unbeatable in terms of cordiality. We will definitely come back and say thank you for a wonderful holiday with you!

The appartement was super cozy and clean. The location is excellent, its close by the castles and Alpsee. Communication with the host and instructions was super clear. I highly recommend.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Everything we needed was really there, from towels to the initial equipment for breakfast. Unfortunately, our time in Telfs was quite unpleasant. But after a rainy hike, the sauna and the pool were particularly good.

Eric's time at his Airbnb listing was simply fantastic and exceeded our expectations! Eric was the perfect host – incredibly friendly, helpful and always available if we had any questions. He gave us great tips for the area and made us feel absolutely welcome. The place itself was great! Everything was sparkling clean, very tastefully decorated and we didn't lack anything. You can tell that Eric puts a lot of attention to detail. We immediately felt at home and were able to fully enjoy the time there.

Manuel’s the best host ! So helpful and friendly. Went above and beyond to help us out and have everything we needed. 😊 What a BEAUTIFUL home! Was SO roomy and comfortable. This was our favorite airbnb on our 2 week trip through Switzerland, Zermatt and Como. Book it ! You will not be disappointed. It is about 15-20 min. outside of Innsbrook which worked well for us. 😊

Everything is great and beautiful accommodation with a fantastic view. The only thing you (as a cyclist) need to know is that from Rettenberg there are 200 meters of altitude with an average of just under 10% and therefore relaxed rolling home is not possible. You have a fantastic view in the morning!

Annika's place is fantastic and I definitely recommend it. It is very clean, spacious, well furnished and equipped with every comfort. You can see the commitment with which Annika takes care of her. The garden and terrace then offer an appreciable added value in case there is good weather. The location is ideal because it is close to the lake and allows you to easily reach many other beautiful towns in the area. Supermarkets, shops, and restaurants are all within walking distance. Communication with Annika was quick and easy. Thank you so much for a great stay!

We stayed here with our family of 12 people ages 5-82 and had an absolutely wonderful time. The house is beautiful and the town of Garmisch is fantastic. Tons to do, absolutely stunning location, easily walkable to a million things. We hope to be back.

A wonderful place to stay close to Munich! The house has 4 double beds, but can accommodate up to 10 adults. It has a very well equipped kitchen and BBQ. Towels and even bathrobes are provided, so you can enjoy sauna and pool. All with a great Mountain View. We were received with great hospitality. Hopefully we will visit again. Highly recommended!

It is a wonderful place and a great host!

We could not be happier with our stay at Hotel Villa Ludwig. The private villa is an entire private residence which is both luxurious and historic. The staff are lovely and treated us like family from the moment we arrived. They ensured that all our needs were met, were very responsive, and took the time to answer questions and make helpful recommendations. Fresh breads with butter, honey, and jams were delivered to the Villa each morning, and they even included gluten free options. The property is at the base of the Neuschwanstein Castle, so the location is very close to both castles in Schwangau. It is also close to local restaurants and stores. We would highly recommend staying at Hotel Villa Ludwig and plan to stay here again. Thank you to Jessica and her colleagues for making our vacation special and for being so gracious and hospitable.

We have as a complete family (8 adults, 4 children) went on vacation together. The house is spacious, has a great location, is very well equipped and relaxing to live in even on rainy days.
