The 40 sqm apartment + 10 sqm balcony is located in a residential complex about 700 m from the Weissensee and 10 km from the Breitenbergbahn. The surroundings are perfect for swimming, skiing, hiking, cycling. The pool and sauna can be reached via a basement corridor. On the outside there is a barbecue area, tennis court, mini golf course. Important: In November, the pool & large sauna are closed due to Closed for maintenance from approx. 11/05. The small sauna (up to 4 people) remains open.

Or would you rather go to the Kaltenberger Ritterspiele? There you will be in 30 minutes. The Skyline Park and the Spa in Bad Wörishofen are 10 minutes away. Explore our beautiful Unterallgäu on hikes or on a bike ride. You can park your car in front of the house for free at our property.

The Duke's estate (the cable car can be reached on foot - you have a breathtaking view), the Benediktbeuern Monastery - the oldest Benedictine abbey in Upper Bavaria or the well-known Neuschwanstein Castle or Linderhof Castle - all offer interesting outflow destinations.
