I will start saying that I will definitely stay again. The host was so nice, friendly and he replied to my messages so fast not even 30 mins later. The place OMG so beautiful like in the pictures. The price WORTH IT. 10/10 Definitely recommending the place to families and friends

The house is in a great location. It’s a piece of Gatlinburg that isn’t over run with neighborhood cabins.

The home is nothing short of spectacular!!! Luxurious, beautiful, and spacious !!! The mountain top view from the enormous living window is breathtaking. Perfect family getaway and we hope to return someday soon!!! Highly recommend!!!

My family really enjoyed staying at this house. We absolutely loved the mountain views from the top 2 decks, and the bottom desk with the hot tub was private with trees surrounding which was nice. There were a ton of fireflies surrounding the house every night which was cool. The star gazing was also perfect from the top porch. We had a bear visit us while we were in the hot tub our first night. It didnt get too close to the porch. Just walked around and left. Such a cool thing to see it in its natural habitat. We stayed quiet and ready to go inside incase needed but it came and went quickly with no issues. The drive up was not too bad but I definitely recommend driving slow with all the curves around the mountains. The parking situation was a little tight so just be aware you may have to backup and go forward a few times if you are in a big truck. The pool we went to was only a 6 minute drive and was good sized. Downtown was only a 10 min. drive and a beautiful scenic drive. 5 Stars!

This house was absolutely STUNNING! Every day the view was just amazing. Owners VERY responsive! Enjoyed the hot tub and unit was well equipped in kitchen and nice touch with starter supplies. We found beds comfortable and all 6 of us (adults) could find some privacy. Enjoyed the billiards and the fireplace on the balcony was the perfect backdrop to talk about our adventures. The road was a bit scary if you are afraid of heights and hairpin turns! We got more comfortable as the week went on but we were still reluctant to drive in the dark! The house was good location to Sevierville. Enjoyed Holstens for dinner. The main drag is only about a 25 minute drive. Gatlinburg was about a 35 minute drive. Smokey mountains NP about 45 mins from house . We saw 6 bears on this trip. 1 ran past us in the driveway and we got a good picture from the balcony. Be careful to lock the doors to your car! Perfect location to get to the park as well as all the restaurants. Great communication and very responsive when I needed anything. Second time staying here as it’s the perfect size and the huge tub and comfy bed are great after a long day in the park!! Thanks again!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and we had plenty of room. The location was perfect. You are close to everything in Pigeon Forge but it didn’t feel like it. It was quiet and not overly busy at the resort. Our boys enjoyed the pool and lazy river. You can see Dollywood’s fireworks from the balcony. We watched them 2 nights in a row. You could also see some of their drone show as well. If we travel back to the area we would definitely enjoy staying here again.

Kathleen’s place is exactly as described in the pictures. Very clean, spacious, beautiful views of the Smoky Mountains, close to all of the attractions in Pigeon Forge. Would definitely stay here again.

this place was perfect for our 2 night pass through pigeon forge on our southeast road trip! its close to all the attractions of the town but also feels secluded and feels like youre staying in a cabin in the mountains. id highly recommend staying here or even checking out any of their other places on the property! look forward to hopefully staying here again in the future!

Great location in Seveirville. close to many attractions. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. James had local recommendations and communicated well during our stay. Will check them out again if we are back in the area.

Walter was incredibly responsive, friendly and helpful. The space was well maintained and had all the essentials in the kitchen and bathroom. There is a TV in both the living room and bedroom which was a great plus, but we were mostly out and about given that it is so central to all of the hiking trails. It was a great stay.

Great place to stay! Close by to all the attractions & restaurants on the strip! Close and easy to get to Dollywood. The condo was quiet, clean, & safe. It felt cozy and homey.

Matt’s place is always our go-to for our trips to Gatlinburg. We wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else, always very clean and a very comfortable environment. He is always responsive and helpful with anything we’ve asked. We couldn’t ask for a better host.

Gabriel’s place was exactly as listed. Gabriel and co-hosts responded within minutes and gave clear instructions to everything needed to ensure a smooth stay. The distance is very reasonable and can be done multiple times a day. Would recommend!

What a lovely and cozy place. Attention to detail when decorating. We felt right at home. The location was great, the sound of the rushing near by creek was so relaxing. Host was friendly and easy to communicate with. Likely to return.

The stay was great, the room was exactly like the photos, it was peaceful with a great view, super clean, and right around the corner from downtown as described. We had an amazing stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and just a short drive from downtown Gatlinburg. One of the standout features for me was that each bedroom had its own private bathroom, which made it super convenient and comfortable for everyone. Even if you're not traveling with a full group, there's more than enough space for everyone to feel at home. The primary bedroom was a true highlight—it had the biggest jacuzzi tub I've ever seen, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. A huge thank you to April, who was extremely kind and attentive throughout our stay. She made sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out and was always quick to respond to any questions.
