The finca is fully furnished with a double bed (1.40 × 2.00 m) plus a fold-out couch, bathroom with shower, kitchen, TV. Delicious, rich breakfast with homemade jam. Breakfast can be booked in addition. Other double rooms are available in the main house.

Unsere stilvolle und moderne Ferienwohnung liegt in der Nähe von Bad Kreuznach, Bingen und Mainz, in der Weinregion Sprendlingen. Sprendlingen bietet viele Freizeitaktivitäten, wie radfahren, wandern, Nordic-Walking, schwimmen uvm. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt geeignet für 1-3 Personen. Es gibt kein WLAN in der Wohnung - das Glasfaserkabel fürs Internet ist aber bereits verlegt. Think positiv, einfach mal das Handy zur Seite legen und andere Sachen machen. :)

Feel good in the vineyards

Take a vacation in the luxurious ambiance of our guest house. It is part of our vineyard and integrated into our farm building. Closest neighbour is about 100 m away. The 4-hectare farmhouse is idyllically located among the vineyards and is accessible at ground level on two sides. You can start hiking or cycling directly from the farm. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a wine refrigerator. Beer pong party people please don't book!

Relaxen am Wald

A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

Room in a cozy farmhouse

We offer a small guest room in our cozy romantic farmhouse. The room is located in our barn and is equipped with a shower and sink. The toilet is located separately in the courtyard. The kitchen in the separate seminar house can also be used. The cozy courtyard invites you to linger. Also ideal for hikers, cyclists or motorcyclists in transit. Recently, we have a paid electric car charging station / wallbox in the yard.

Breakfast with fresh buns, jam, cheese, joghurt and coffee/tea is included.
