Great host and loved the location and accommodation. Garden was great for the dogs and chilling with a beer and beautiful beach 5 minutes across the road. Locals and neighbours were very friendly Travelled to John ‘Groats, The Black Isle and Nairn during our stay. Highly recommend as either a base for touring or just a peaceful break in beautiful unspoilt surroundings.

Exactly as described, modern, beautifully decorated, well equipped with top quality fixtures and fittings, extremely clean, and very peaceful, with Sky TV an extra bonus. I travel a lot and I have to say this is the best place I have stayed.

A lovely place to stay, tastefully furnished and with everything we needed. Chevonne was very friendly and went out of her way to be helpful. We did an excellent walk from the cottage to the sea east of Cromarty Firth and visited Portmahomack for coffee and cake. We especially enjoyed meeting the dogs and cows (over the fence) and watching the birds coming to the feeders.
