Unsere barrierefreie Ferienwohnung wurde 2025/2026 aufwendig saniert und bietet modernen Wohnkomfort. Die regelbare Fußbodenheizung sorgt für ein angenehmes Raumklima. Das Bad verfügt über eine großzügige Regendusche. In der Küche stehen u.a. Kaffeemaschine, Herd und Spülmaschine bereit. Der Wohn-Schlafraum mit Smart-TV und WLAN lädt zum Entspannen ein. Öffentliche Parkplätze befinden sich direkt am Objekt. Wanderwege, Regiobahnhof und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Wissen sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer, Gästezimmer für plus 2 Gäste, ein grosses Bad mit Wanne, Gäste WC mit Dusche, einen Wohn-/Essraum (mit Kaminofen) und Südwest-Balkon. Auf der grossen Südost-Terasse kannst du grillen und die Sonne geniessen. Die Küche ist komfortabel eingerichtet.

The electricity is generated by a hydroelectric power station adjacent to the valley mill. Sandbox, barbecue area in the garden, table tennis, table soccer, plenty of space to play and direct access to cycling and hiking trails offer you the conditions for a pleasant stay. A place to relax and enjoy.

Very nice old building apartment for two to four guests in a historic mill. Perfect for a hiking vacation or relaxation. In a picturesque location, outside the Westerwald town of Hachenburg with its picturesque market square and the open-air museum. Close to Marienstatt Monastery. Located directly on the Westerwaldsteig. Quiet and steeped in history. The first Chancellor of the FRG, Konrad Adenauer, stayed here. A commemorative plaque on the house commemorates his stay.
