Instead of the usual veneer furniture off the shelf, there is an individual decor, beautiful view of the jetty, fireplace, many things for children and fruit plants for harvesting. The little Oasis

The small oasis is a former horse stable, lovingly converted into a tiny house. It's a small tower with an area of 12 sqm per level. It has a 160 cm wide bed, a desk, a fitted kitchen with a seating area and a bathroom with a shower. It is located in the middle of the popular Paulusviertel and has a small garden for shared use. Opposite there is a bakery and a bike rental station. 5 minutes away is the Reileck with cafés, restaurants and tram stop. You can get to the train station in 15 minutes.

With its own park, an idyllic private lake behind the courtyard, play areas for children & a spacious kitchen with living room, it is the ideal retreat. The property offers 5 (up to 6+) individually furnished rooms + 2 bathrooms on the 3rd floor, and a kitchen, living room with fireplace, billiards room, and separate toilet on the 1st floor.

Welcome to our newly renovated 80 m² (860 sq ft) vacation apartment. As of May 2026, the apartment is newly available for rent. It has been almost completely renovated, from the floors to the bathroom to the kitchen. When putting together the inventory, I placed a particular emphasis on quality and value. Both bedrooms have 55-inch (1.40 m) beds with Emma One mattresses. The centerpiece of the kitchen is a high-quality Nobilia kitchen. In the living room, she has a 75-inch TV.

The HOCHwasser vacation home is a special retreat with a breathtaking 360° view over the lake and fields. In a private courtyard with lots of greenery, the cozily furnished house (76 m²) awaits its guests. You can park your car for free right in front of your accommodation. The central location means you can quickly get to the city center. In the living area, you can end the day with a crackling fireplace in the cold season (wood is provided by the host). In the warm season, you can make yourself comfortable on the large terrace (for your use only) with a glass of wine.

At the very top of our listed Art Nouveau townhouse, we have prepared the Eagle's Nest for you. The small guest apartment with ❄️air conditioning❄️, bathroom and mini-kitchen with fridge comprises the entire 4th floor. Towels and bedding are provided. You can park your bicycles, etc. comfortably and safely in the large gate entrance. Tips for parking in the neighborhood can be obtained on request.
