The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Two private lobby's lead through to a living room with adjoining kitchenette, a shower room and a spacious double bedroom. WiFi, cable TV, fully equipped kitchen, this newly decorated & furnished, colourful apartment is on the upper ground floor of a traditional Leipzig 1880's townhouse. It is both beautiful & positive. Located on Gottschedstrasse within the city centre, 5 minutes from the events arena.
