Beautiful House in the middle of Germany

Feedback of guests: We stayed for 2 nights in this very spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom had very modern fittings including a large walk-in shower. The bed was comfortable and there was an attractive living room. Although the apartment is in a rural area, the town of Halle is within 10 miles and the nearest supermarket is only about 2 miles away. We had a very enjoyable stay in this lovely apart. located in quiet and peaceful surroundings.

Our cozy 25 m² holiday home with garden and barbecue area is surrounded by nature, directly on the Saale and on the Saale bike path in the vineyards of the spa town of Bad Kösen in the Burgenland district. From here you can quickly reach interesting excursion destinations such as Naumburg Cathedral, our numerous castles or Pforta Monastery, as well as historical places and larger cities such as Jena, Leipzig or Weimar. Here you can relax, enjoy your vacation and recover from everyday life.

El Papagayo - Beautiful 2-room apartment in the Paulusviertel

The sunny and bright apartment is located on Goethestraße, one of the most beautiful streets in the Halle Paul district. It is located on the first floor of a Gründerzeit building and has a separate bedroom, as well as a living room with open kitchen with a very comfortable sofa bed. The apartment can accommodate up to four people, with the width of the sofa bed (1.30 m) in the living room. Two children can comfortably accommodate two adults if they like each other very much.

Central - with fireplace and terrace

In a private courtyard with lots of greenery, the cozily furnished house (76 m²) awaits its guests. You can park your car for free right in front of your accommodation. The central location means you can quickly get to the city center. In the living area, you can end the day with a crackling fireplace in the cold season (wood is provided by the host). In the warm season, you can make yourself comfortable on the large terrace (for your use only) with a glass of wine.

City Escape - Surrounded by Vineyards

Within walking distance of the Landesweingut Pforta is the green oasis with 1000m² country garden - directly on the bike path surrounded by vineyards. The fully developed construction trailer, the separate bathhouse and the spacious terrace offer especially families and larger groups a good combination of togetherness & activity. Since it is a property in nature, everything is never perfect or completely finished - but everything built and laid out with love.

The property is located in Halle/Saale, 4 km from the center. Newly furnished apartment (2 floors), with large balcony. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and bathtub. In three rooms there is a TV, free Wi-Fi is available. Netflix Stream. Bus and train, shopping and 1 restaurant are within walking distance. We look forward to seeing you soon.

Apartment on the ground floor with bedroom and two beds, living room, bathroom and kitchen if necessary. The apartment is not locked, access via the staircase. Quiet location. Parking in front of the house. At the moment, for medical reasons, we have something against pets (living kidney donation)

In the completely renovated apartment on the second floor, the furnishing specialists from S² immosupport have created a cozy home in the style of the late 60s/early 70s. Several quotes from "swinging London" give the apartment its identity.
