Our Scandinavian modern-vintage hideaway is tucked away at the edge of the forest. Open the sliding door and have breakfast with the sounds of birds, the scent of pine, and squirrels all around you. Large glass doors, Danish designer furniture, a rain shower, and a barista corner provide luxurious comfort in the middle of nature. Outside, you can enjoy a shower or bath under the pine trees, relax in the hammock, and have a fire pit under the starry sky. The Gorsselse Heide and the historic Hanseatic cities of Zutphen and Deventer are just around the corner.

Relax in the countryside at the Veluwse Wijnhoeve in Otterlo. De Schaapskooi is fully equipped for 6 people, including a wash machine. And it features a lovely wood-burning stove! Plenty of sunny and shady spots in the garden and private parking for 3 cars. From this beautiful location, there are plenty of cycling and walking routes, and it's a 10-minute walk to the village and the woods. You're also very welcome to sit in the vineyard. Our beautiful windmill was built on the remains of a medieval castle in 1873. In 2006 the mill was fully renovated. You will have a comfortable stay in the mill which is surrounded by a beautiful garden. Maurik is a charming village, very centrally located between larger cities like Utrecht, Den Bosch, Arnhem and Nijmegen. The area is very suitable for cycling, hiking and swimming.
