Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Helle, frisch renovierte Dachgeschoss-Wohnung in der Altstadt von Gemünden. Perfekt für Radreisende: sicherer Fahrradkeller im Haus. Schlafbereich mit Doppelbett, modernes Tageslichtbad und kleine Küchenzeile für einfache Mahlzeiten. Cafés, Mainufer, Rad- und Wanderwege sind fußläufig erreichbar, sowie die Ruine Scherenburg. Ideal als gemütlicher Ausgangspunkt für Touren entlang des Mainradwegs. Im Juli und August finden in Gemünden jährlich die Scherenburg Festspiele statt.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Our cozy apartment is located in the tranquil Spessart in the heart of Germany. The apartment is on the second floor of a detached house and consists of a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Special highlights are the two wood-burning stoves, which serve as the only heating system. If you want to keep it warm, you have to start a fire. Firewood is available free of charge. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, coffee maker and dishes / pots.

Die Ferienwohnung in der historischen Altstadt wurde im Mai 2017 fertiggestellt, ist ruhig gelegen mit Blick auf den Ronkarzgarten. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Unsere Studio-Ferienwohnung ist modern eingerichtet mit einem Doppelbett (160x200), voll ausgestatteter Küche mit Mikrowelle, Backofen, Kühlschrank und Gefrierfach, Nespresso-Maschine und Geschirrspüler. Bad mit Dusche und WC. Unterstell- und Lademöglichkeit (E-)Bikes.

The apartment is situated in a partially renovated water castle from 1565 in the small village of Hollrich, Germany It consists of 2 lovingly decorated bedrooms with a kitchen and a bathroom. You will stay in one room with cross vaults, beautifully decorated stone columns and a newly installed solid oak floor which gives the room a pleasantly warm flair. The view is out to the court yard and the moat . A closet is installed in the 51 inch thick wall .

Witch's house at the Spessart Forest

Idyllic tiny house in the middle of nature, on the edge of the Snow White town of Lohr am Main. In the house, built in 2022, there is a living area, kitchen, bathroom and a cozy bedroom in the attic. The private terrace overlooking the Spessart Forest invites you to dream. The hiking trail starts right outside the door. Two-legged friends are rarely seen here, but four-legged friends are. Our small zoo consists of dogs, cats and mini pigs.
