The Rose - Romantic loft at the Spessart forest

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

The apartment is situated in a partially renovated water castle from 1565 in the small village of Hollrich, Germany It consists of 2 lovingly decorated bedrooms with a kitchen and a bathroom. You will stay in one room with cross vaults, beautifully decorated stone columns and a newly installed solid oak floor which gives the room a pleasantly warm flair. The view is out to the court yard and the moat . A closet is installed in the 51 inch thick wall .

With our apartment, we want to make our guests feel that solid wood houses convey peace and strength. Get out of everyday life - into nature!

Witch's house at the Spessart Forest

Idyllic tiny house in the middle of nature, on the edge of the Snow White town of Lohr am Main. In the house, built in 2022, there is a living area, kitchen, bathroom and a cozy bedroom in the attic. The private terrace overlooking the Spessart Forest invites you to dream. The hiking trail starts right outside the door. Two-legged friends are rarely seen here, but four-legged friends are. Our small zoo consists of dogs, cats and mini pigs.

Small, modern apartment with 35 m² in a quiet location near Würzburg. The picturesque wine village is framed between Volkenberg and Main, orchards and vineyards. Treat yourself to a relaxing stay in the lovely Erlabrunn. Stroll through the idyllic old town with its small alleys and half-timbered houses and indulge in culinary delights in the cozy restaurants and wine taverns. Shopping is about 3 minutes by car.

The place is renovated with great care and attention to the needs of a family. The garden with the playground is shared and is located behind the apartment! Perfect place for a family vacation due to the full equipment. Baby crib, high chair, children's armchair and bath seat are in the home's equipment. The bus stop is 2 minutes from the apartment. Our apartment is not large, but optimally furnished to relax and rest after a busy or eventful day. The apartment is on the first floor and has its own entrance and a mini terrace. Oberdürrbach is a district of Würzburg, is 100 m above the center and is surrounded by meadows and fields. We are happy to help with all kinds of information about Würzburg and the wonderful surroundings.

Vacation home with sauna

We moved from the city to an old farm in 2016 and live here together with our dog Dago and three cats in the middle of Schwarzenfels, a municipality of the city of Sinntal, below the beautiful Schwarzenfels Castle. We are gradually renovating the farm. In 2020, our "vacation home" project was completed and we are looking forward to our guests.

Vacation in the meadow - overnight stay in the construction trailer

The construction trailer is quietly located in the middle of the meadow, surrounded by an old fruit tree. Here, especially families with children can enjoy nature. A fire pit invites you to relax together. Good air and a wonderful starry sky (if cloudless) are guaranteed here. There are also some beehives on the property.
