There is a fully equipped kitchen and there are sheets and towels. Bus is 2 km away that takes you to Älvängen where you can take the commuter train to Gothenburg in 20 minutes. in Älvängen center there is everything you can think of in service grocery stores, pharmacy, shoe store, flower shop etc. In Ale municipality there are golf, hiking trails, bike paths, paddling opportunities, fishing water etc.

On the farm there are cows, chickens, sheep, cats, the dog Jack and a cozy garden. Walking distance into the village where you will find a grocery store, pizzeria, playground, outdoor gym and bus stop that takes you to Trollhättan. Proximity to fishing lake with your own boat. Here you will be greeted by the silence at the Land, interrupted with the trains that sometimes quickly rush by.

On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.
