La maison est centrale dans les Ponts de cé avec accès rapide au centre-ville et commerces sur le parcours de la Loire à vélo, face à la guinguette l'été et accès directe à la ville d'Angers avec les bus.

The pavilion, independent of my house, overlooks the Loire. It's great for a couple's getaway. It is ideal as a base for exploring the roads and paths of the Loire, to visit the countless known castles or lesser-known residences that line it. You will never forget the sunrises over the Loire in the early morning in one of the most beautiful villages of the wild Loire (halfway between Angers and Saumur). Multiply the experiences by crossing the Thouet on board the two canoes for an impromptu picnic on one of the many islands of the Loire.
