Finca Casa Madera with terrace

The about 200 year old Canarian house was converted into a Ferienappaerement (about 40 square meters). It was important to us as much original to get, the cottage has a small bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need. We have attached importance to obtain a certain generosity through minimalism. Our two dogs ladies and a cat are looking forward to your visit. Dogs allowed. Ideal also for hikers and cyclists.

Small studio on the beach. Clean. Few ocean views, not very nice. The sofa has been replaced by double bed. 140 cm x 200 cm. The mattress 135 cm x 190 cm. It is comfortable. The kitchen has a fire hob, kettle, small fridge and microwave. TV and WiFi 300 Mb. Natural wood floor. The bathroom is small. Shower cabin 70 cm x100 cm, 80-liter thermos, washing machine. There is no dryer. Rooftop clothes laying area. Smoking inside and maintaining cleanliness is prohibited.

“Las casas de tío” pertenecen al municipio de Garachico en el norte de la isla. A tan sólo 8 km de distancia (15 min en coche) se encuentra el casco antiguo de Garachico. Directamente al lado está el pueblo de Icod de Los Vinos, el cual es muy conocido por su Drago Milenario. La casa cuenta con aprox. 250 m2 de superficie, habitaciones independientes unidas con un patio central. Se puede disfrutar de una preciosa vista hacia el norte de la isla y el mar.
