Fully matched with description. Amazing view from balcony. Easy access to beach. Reception staff were also very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay — everything was just right. The flat is spacious, bright, and well-equipped. The location is perfect! The host was friendly, responsive, and attentive throughout. We really liked it and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

مكان رائع ونظيف واطلاله جميله وموقع الشقه مناسب والشقه فيها كل الخدمات مغسله ومكوى ومكرويف وثلاجة ومطبخ فيه اغلب مستلزماته الشي الوحيد السلبي لايوجد شطاف في الحمام.

we stay at Larica place as a couple . for both of us was fantastic . nice cosy and clean apartment very comfy bed and great bathroom . all You need in a kitchen and balcony makes You feel so good . BTW . on bottom floor there is cafeteria good food and very cheap. stuff on reception very helpful too. great time for us in Larisa place 😉

Nice and comfortable stay. Ekaterina even opened the pool for us, normally not opened to this season. Nice pool. Everything was there that you can use for your family. Our daughter liked the hammok much.

Красивая крыша с потрясающим видом добавила атмосферы. Удобная парковка была большим плюсом. Особо хочу отметить хозяина, который всегда был на связи и готов помочь в любой ситуации. Рекомендую это место для отдыха!

Остались очень довольны поездкой и жильем! Отличная локация, удобное расположение - близко к пляжу и ко всем центральным местам города. Само здание очень солидное и приятное. В апартаментах было чисто, все необходимое тоже было, кондиционер работал) В общем, нареканий никаких не было, отдых прошел отлично! Спасибо большое)

Апартаменты это 2 соединённых номера апарт-отеля Alliance Palace. Это одно здание в котором часть номеров управляется Mariott (вход отдельный) и остальная часть Alliance. В номерах свежий ремонт. 2 санузла)). Кухня и холодильник. Прекрасная климатическая система daikin. Толстые стеклопакеты отсекают шум улицы. С балкона вид на море.Рядом супермаркет и рестораны. В общем отличные апартаменты и отличии от Орби нет больших очередей у лифта)). Классный отпуск.

Квартира понравилась. Удобное расположение — прямо на первой линии, с красивым видом на море. Успели поймать! Внутри всё чисто и аккуратно. Есть вся посуда, чайник, микроволновка — всё работает. Удобная душевая, мягкая кровать, подушки на выбор. Приятное освещение, особенно понравилась закатная лампа. Самое интересное — проектор. Смотрели фильмы, сериалы на Netflix и YouTube. Всё устроило, нам было комфортно!

Lovely apartment straight on the beach! Very comfortable! We had a great stay! The little supermarket is very convenient and the botanical gardens are very close by. Lots of National parks to explore nearby.

The location is amazing, everything is within walking distance, which made it so easy to enjoy Batumi without needing a car. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, explained everything clearly, and even suggested a convenient parking spot just across the street. Очень хороший вариант размещения для семьи. Красивый вид на море и дворец Романовых, до которого можно дойти пешком. Домик найти не просто, ни на одной карте нет дороги к дому, но хозяин все расскажет по телефону.

Sergey var otroligt hjälpsam i resan. Han fanns alltid där vid frågor eller om man ville utforska Batumi mer. Vi hade frågor kring hur man tar sig från flygplatsen till andra andra städer och Sergey var extremt hjälpsam och lade tid på att vi skulle få bra dagar i Batumi! Boendet var rent, upp till förväntningarna och hade en magisk utsikt! Vi kommer definitivt att boka detta boende igen. Tveka inte att boka Sergeys boende, han gjorde detta SÅ BRA!

מיקום הדירה מעולה, המרפסת מהממת. דירה מרווחת מסודרת. אבל היתרון הכי גדול ומשמעותי הוא וקהו המארח!!! איש מקסים, ידידותי, תמיד יציע עזרה. כולל הסעות ברחבי בטומי, אין עליו עשה לנו את השהות לכיפית!!
