Very nice apartment in the center of Kutaisi. The location was very central and you could walk everywhere. It was a bit noisy in the evening but it was in the city center. The communication was very good. Mariam is proactive and helped us with our needs immediately! She got us a parking permit and we were able to store our luggage for longer. We can highly recommend this accommodation and Mariam and look forward to staying there again in a few days. Thank you very much!

We had a great stay at Paloma's place! The location is absolutely perfect – peaceful, with a beautiful view, and still close to the heart of Sighnaghi. The house itself is incredibly stylish and full of character. Even though we were only three people, and the home is quite spacious, it would be ideal for a larger family or group looking for a calm retreat in the area. The kitchen was very clean and well-equipped, and we especially loved the garden – a lovely spot to relax. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sighnaghi!

We really enjoyed our stay! The rooms were very comfortable and spacious, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Pleasant 15 minute walk through some residential streets to get downtown to restaurants and other activities.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Konstantins Unterkunft! Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, besonders der kleine Gartenteich mit den Fischen war ein echtes Highlight und hat eine richtig entspannte Atmosphäre geschaffen. Wir waren zu viert da und konnten wunderbar grillen und einfach abschalten. Konstantin ist ein unglaublich netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Als wir beim Checkout aus Versehen den Autoschlüssel im Auto eingeschlossen haben, war er sofort zur Stelle und hat uns dabei geholfen, das Auto wieder zu öffnen. Ohne ihn hätten wir wahrscheinlich unseren Flug verpasst und hohe Kosten für einen Schlüsseldienst zahlen müssen. Wir sind ihm sehr, sehr dankbar und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung! 🙏✨

Все было замечательно. В студии были все необходимые вещи( стиральный порошок, зонтик, кофе и многое другое). Рядом много ресторанов, магазинов и кофейнь. Жилье чистое. Отличное соотношение цены/качества

I fully recommend Helen and her apartment very much. Communication was very smooth and prompt, apartment was very clean and we got also personal introduction from Helen. We were very satisfied and will be happy to accomodate again in the future.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Zhana in Tiflis. Die Wohnung ist wunderbar zentral und in einem typischen Innenhof gelegen mit alter Holztreppe was uns gut gefallen hat. Sie ist schön eingerichtet und in der Küche ist alles nötige vorhanden für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Der Check-in war auch einfach und bei Fragen war immer jemand erreichbar. Wenn ich wieder in Tiflis bin, komme ich wieder hierher!

Evin konumu mükemmel, Tiflis’teki birçok yere yakın, ulaşımımızı çoğunlukla yürüyerek sağladık ve evin konumu bu konuda çok yardımcı oldu. Ana’nın göndermiş olduğu tüm talimatlar çok faydalıydı, evi kolay bulmamızı ve kendi evimizmiş gibi hızlıca adapte olmamızı sağladı. Ev temizlik konusunda tüm ihtiyaçlarımızı karşıladı, hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Hatırlanacak bir Tiflis seyahati için bu ev çok doğru bir seçimdi.

Our stay at Keti’s place was amazing! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The place is at a perfect location, very easy to get around and was walking distance to restaurants. Keti was very responsive, shared all the relevant details for a smooth stay. We can’t wait to come back!

This was my first trip to Tbilisi, and Vano was extremely helpful with his info on checking in. The place was perfect for what I wanted. Great view and was in a perfect part of town. Vano was always responsive if I had a question. Checking out was a breeze as well. In short visiting Georgia was one my greatest life experiences and I’d truly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cool place to stay during your time.

We really enjoyed staying at Nina’s apartment during our trip to Tbilisi. The location is super central yet tucked away in a peaceful area. Lovely place with easy accessibility to all the needful place and close to centre. Teona is great host. Easily best place to stay in tbilisi.

Лали хорошая женщина, все объяснила до мелочей. Есть парковка под домом у нее под оенами машину поставить можно. Так же каартира чистая, единственное что кухня , там не приготовишь ничего особо и если вы не взяли с собой шлепки то вы замерзните и намочите ноги в ванной. Но мы только ночевали в квартире цена положение и прочее 10/10, рекомендую

The apartment looks better in real life than in pictures. Perfect location, we stayed for 14 days. The host, Maka goes beyond expectations to make you feel at home.

Mziko’s place is beautiful and she was very helpful and quick to respond to all our queries. She sent us very clear instructions with pictures which made the check in process seamless. Further, the place is right next to a fabulous restaurant too. Waking up and having our first cup of coffee in the terrace overlooking the cobbled street felt like something out of a dream. Highly recommend this place!

Ev, konumu itibariyle çok güzeldi. Özgürlük Meydanı'na, müzelere, Metekhi' ye yürüyerek rahatlıkla gidilebilir. Old City'yi görmek ve buradaki hayata şahit olmak adına çok merkezi bir yer. Ev sahibi son derece ilgiliydi ve sorulara çok hızlı dönüş yaptı. Desteğe ihtiyaç duyduğunuzda yanınızda olacağını hissettirdi. Ev temizliği çok güzeldi. Evdeki eski piyano çok nostaljikti ve müzisyenler için de ayrıca keyifli bir seçenek olarak oradaydı. Tiflis'e geldiğinizde rahatlıkla tercih edebileceğiniz bir ev burası 😊
