Cottage holiday rentals in Georgian Bay

Had a great family getaway for a few nights. Peaceful surroundings, easy to find, and close to amenities if needed. Lovely cabin!

Amazing time at this wonderful cottage. The hosts were very responsive and friendly, and have put a lot of time and energy into making this cottage an excellent stay. The hosts for this cottage clearly have a passion for making people feel right at home. Thoughtfully, they've left notes, instructions, videos, and even created home automations to make staying here as easy as possible. Everything was fully stocked from cutlery, spices, cleaning supplies, linens, etc. there was almost nothing that they missed out on that a group of people might need! The Hot tub and Suna were wonderful additions that we took full advantage of. The bed rooms and guest houses were cozy and comfortable (with AC/heating). The waters were very nice. Sandy lake that doesn't get too deep until much much further out. The dock was well constructed and great for relaxing. Overall, one of the best AirBnB cottages that we've stayed at in years.

This place was beautiful and right on the water. We stayed for three nights and really enjoyed it. We had enough kayaks to have fun in the water. The location was very private and peaceful.

My husband and I spent the whole weekend with our family at this cottage. It was everything we hoped for and more! Beautiful interior, serene beach with dock, and lots of activities. Only a 5 minute drive to Port Carling shopping centre and restaurant’s. I highly recommend to plan a family vacation at this cottage in Muskoka! 10/10

Your cottage is so beautifully done. You have provided everything needed to make a stay comfortable & peaceful. We enjoyed the outdoor space as well & relaxed in the hottub. All the days we were there, a deer wandered through the property & on the last day she brought her baby with her! Everything was perfect. Thank you for the lovely experience!

The host was very responsive, and the space was beautiful. The location was close enough to everything we needed, but still offered solitude and peace away from all the busyness. Once we got the hang of it, the grill and other outdoor amenities were lovely. Overall would recommend.

My friends and I stayed here for a winter weekend away and it was just what we needed/wanted in a little cottage. Great location for those coming from the GTA and nice and close for those in Simcoe. Once we got there we felt right at home! The hosts had cleared the walking paths and back deck of any recent snow fall which made it nice and easy to get inside and enjoy the grounds. They went above and beyond by having the wood burning stove going for us when we checked in which made CARL that much more cozy and welcoming. Communication and instructions were very clear and detailed from start to finish which made the whole rental process easy and enjoyable. My friends and I look forward to coming back to CARL in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at Carol's place. the cottage is beautiful, cozy and clean. It had all the amenities we needed. The area is very quiet and peaceful, which was exactly what we were looking for. The walking trails are beautiful. We brought our kayaks and went to a public beach/boat launch which was only a two minute drive away. Couldn't have been happier with everything. We would love to return for another getaway.

Beautiful, clean cottage on a beautiful lake! Loved the sauna and the deck down by the dock. Was the perfect size for the 6 of us. Kitchen was great, beds were super comfortable. Would come back for sure.

We had a truly wonderful stay here , everything was perfect (well, except maybe the mosquitoes, but that’s just the season). We absolutely loved the peaceful vibe of this place. It was my son’s birthday weekend, and we had such a lovely family time here. The cabin had everything we needed. We watched the beautiful sunset by the lake, played board games, roasted marshmallows by the campfire, and went canoeing together. Every moment was special and memorable. We really love this place and would definitely love to come back again. It’s the perfect spot for creating lasting family memories.

This was our fourth stay and it felt like home. Always love coming back and even though the weather wasn’t great, there was plenty to do with the sauna, records, VHS tapes and games.

We had a wonderful stay! The cottage is super cozy and cute. Jessica is also very responsive. Waking up to the lake everyday is unbeatable. The cottage is also a short walk/drive to the playground and nearby stores and restaurants. We highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back in the future!

My friends and I had the best weekend getaway here! The A-frame was absolutely beautiful and very clean. The surrounding forest was so peaceful and there was a small beach a short walk away. Amanda was a perfect host, very kind, friendly and helped us feel right at home. We will definitely be back!!!

This cottage is perfection. Liane & James are just SO lovely. If you're reading this, don't look any further. Just book it. We couldn't have had a better week at Follie's Cove. The cottage was the perfect mix of modern and rustic. Clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. We felt at home instantly. The sunroom was the perfect chill spot for us and our two big dogs to get out of the sun/rain without feeling cooped up indoors. The beach was heaven for our dogs, and on a quiet end of the lake, so we saw few other people all week. The quintessential Muskoka experience! Liane and James were *beyond* wonderful. They set us up with a ton of breakfast food and desserts. Even offered to return the day after check-in to drop off more coffee. It truly felt like renting from friends. Highly recommend renting the pontoon boat from them and puttering around the lake. Wish I had more space to gush about the space and their incredible hospitality. We would book again in a heartbeat!

We had a great stay at Meghan’s cottage! Wonderful cottage and the outdoor space is incredible. Pretty well stocked kitchen and newly renovated bathroom. Very comfortable beds too! Would absolutely recommend!

Walker’s Haven is an absolute stunner!!! We came up for a girls weekend and fell in love with it instantly. The interior is gorgeous, just like the photos show, and so cozy while being spacious at the same time. But our favourite feature was the outdoor space The location of the fire pit with its string lights, the second deck by the water, the spacious dock… the whole layout is perfect. The lake is gorgeous, clear and just so peaceful. Also great for fishing! We had a great time, despite not having the best weather, and we hope to come back again! We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Priolo on the Bay – Moody Escape, and it was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that Andy is a truly exceptional host. Every detail was thoughtfully curated to create a luxurious yet cozy escape. The cottage itself is immaculate – modern, stylish, and unbelievably comfortable. It strikes the perfect balance between high-end living and rustic charm. Tucked away in the heart of nature, it still offers every convenience imaginable: from fully stocked cutlery and snacks to campfire treats, firewood for both the sauna and outdoor firepit, a gas oven, extra lighters—you name it, it was there.The interiors are spotless and beautifully designed, making the entire space feel like a warm, peaceful retreat. Sitting by the fire, unwinding in the sauna, or just enjoying the serene forest surroundings—it all felt like a dream.This is the kind of place that makes you not want to leave!
