Beach condo holiday rentals in Georgioupoli

Our host was very careful for details, kitchen had all necessary stuff, fridge, etc. everything was clean. Host gift us welcoming gifts and that was lovely ❤️. Nice location, beach is close and you can go to supermarket in 10min on bus. And 25 min to Chania, bus stop is near. Living there was a pleasure.

It was a wonderful stay! The apartment is completely new, modern and beautifully decorated. The hosts are a kind young couple who are extremely hospitable and professional. Starting with care before arrival, through a tour of the apartment, numerous recommendations about Rethymno, refreshments with cake, honey and other food, and finally fulfilling a special request. The location is fantastic, a few steps to everything. Thank you! I will be back.

Chania is a fantastic city and region, we have visited before and loved it however this time we wanted to stay outside of the old town due to noise in the evening. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. A short walk to both the old town and the beach, perfectly clean and also spacious with big terraces. Parking at the apartment which is a big plus for Chania. We visited with my parents and our toddler. Thank you Cryssa for such a lovely stay, we will certainly return!

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Fully stocked with everything required for our stay. Very helpful host who checked with us a number of times. Very easy check in and out. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Despina was a very helpful and communicative host who responded to all questions very quickly. The apartment is situated in the hills with a view of the sea. Rethymno is an easy 10 minute car journey away. It was very nice to sit outside in the evening, on the patio next to the swimming pool, and watch the sunset and the sea. The private swimming pool is small but fine for a refreshing dip after a day of exploring. The kids liked it. The apartment is a good size and includes all the equipment you would find in your house (washing machine, oven, microwave, clothes iron...). This makes it very practical. Overall it was a comfortable place to stay and a convenient base from which to explore the area around Rethymno.

We had a great time at Pavlos’s place. It was modern and spacious. The kitchen had everything you need including condiments, a choice of coffees, still and sparkling water and a bowl of fruit. There’s also a washing machine and powder to use. The lounge is comfortable. The shower was over the bath and had lovely hot water. The beds were all very comfortable with nice white linen. There was plenty of cupboard space too. The 2nd bedroom is off the main bedroom which was fine for us as we had our grand daughter with us. There’s a lovely big balcony for morning sun or afternoon shade. Pavlos was very responsive to my messages and when we locked ourselves out, he was there within 2 minutes to let us in. He gave us some great suggestions too. We arrived around 9.45pm at night and it wasn’t a problem for his mum to let us into the apartment. The beach is a 5 min walk, old town 10 min and main bus station also 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend this apartment for a comfortable stay.

Eftychia is an exceptional host, very welcoming. She had planned a lot of nice touches. The apartment is beautiful and very clean. The area is very good, close to the old town on foot. I recommend it!

Fantastic stay at Kladisso’s apartment. The family was so thoughtful and even sent us some cute gifts throughout our stay and was very accommodating to us. Location is unbelievably convenient to the beach, and an easy 20 minute walk into the main area of Chania. Would definitely recommend this place!

Great stay for Chalepa area in Chania!! Very friendly and helpful understanding. The apartment was very clean and in line with the description, and they provided us with a park for the baby!

Nice apartment, about 30 m to the (rocky) "private" beach with sun loungers. Sandy beach to the left of the apartment, about 50 m away. Quiet environment, good taverns nearby, also shopping. Vasili always responded quickly to questions, warm welcome and farewell by the mother-in-law - a fruit basket (own oranges), pastries and own honey was ready at reception, water (and 2 beers!) were in the fridge. If you like to spend your holidays in a quiet environment and do not need entertainment, this is the place for you.

We had a lovely but short stay at Valia’s very spacious apartment for our family of 5. The wrap around balcony was a treat and the rooms stayed cold and dark to allow us to sleep off our jet lag. Nice and close to old town Chania and lots of spots nearby for coffee/wine and pastry!

We had amazing few days staying here. The apartment is beautiful and clean, in a great location, out of the way enough from the busy centre but just a short few minute walk to Chania town centre and the beach. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

5 things we loved 🥰 : 1. The proximity to the sea: going to the beach around the corner and go for a swim 2. The huge terrasse with the table where we had breakfast and yoga every morning outside 3. The very well equipped and cosy apartment from hair dryer to toaster, from books to jazz CD's 4. The proximity to everything ; the town via multiple ways along the coastal path. 5. Great location, very close to a beach. Off street parking right in front which was huge since we rented a vehicle. Beautiful flowers in garden. Litsa welcomed us with wine and fruit. She was very friendly and responded very quickly. She gave us lots of tips of where to go. Place is as described.

A really nice accommodation, very nicely furnished, very quiet and cool even on warm days. The stand, many good restaurants and several supermarkets are within a few minutes' walk. Very nice hosts who were always super helpful.

we had a very pleasant stay at the artists penthouse! It was exactly as beautiful in the pictures, and the views are absolutely amazing. The place was beyond comfortable and felt like home. Our host was incredibly responsive, checked in with us regularly to make sure everything was okay, and that we enjoyed ourselves. truly, highly recommend staying here. A large group or family would be very comfortable here. We had many great dinners on the balcony- plus, only a 4 minute walk to the beach with a lot of local restaurants. 5/5!

Lovely place, amazing size and private pool! A few nice bars and restaurants walking distance and easy to get a taxi if needed to get into town. Host was so friendly and responsive.

It was very nice our stay, we had a full cleaning service once per week, with included changing of bed sheets and towels. The studio is located just several minutes of walk from the old town and we loved it. The only remark goes for some ants in the kitchen near sink, which I don’t know from where came from. In total, on the scale from 1 to 5, it is 5-. 🤗
