Detached house 200 m outside the residential village fenced and safe. My place is 380 m from the beach (7 minutes walk). It has 2 bedrooms, a living room with glass windows, two terraces with nice views, a stone barbeque, and 450 m2 outdoor flat area with lawn and flowers, suitable for activities with children (football, volleyball, rackets, etc.). Public transport (stop) is 80 m away. There are also many games.
