Holiday rentals with a patio in Georgioupoli

Echt een geweldig appartement! Komt volledig overeen met de advertentie. Het is brandschoon en aan alles is gedacht: thee, koffie, wasmachine, noem het maar op. Het ligt in een rustige omgeving, maar onder aan de berg wel een leuk restaurantje om te genieten van zonsondergang. We hebben even moeten stoeien met de jacuzzi: die ging midden in de nacht om het uur aan, maar de host reageerde zeer snel en wist ons goed uit te leggen hoe we dit konden oplossen. We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad, ik zou het iedereen aanraden.

This was one of the nicest AirBnB apartments I have rented. What was responsive to questions prior to the trip, arranging taxi service from the airport. Even though our flight was two hours late and we didn't arrive until 10 pm she was there to greet us and show us the apartment. Her restaurant recommendations were outstanding. Finally, the location on the outskirts of Old Town Rethymno could not have been better. I enthusiastically recommend this place!

Das Appartement entsprach volll unseren Erwartungen. Von den Bildern kann man sich von dem Inneren der Wohnung einen sehr guten Eindruck machen. Das absolute Highlight ist die traumhafte Aussicht. Anna ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin. Sie reagiert auf Anfragen sofort, bietet jederzeit ihre Hilfe an. Sie hat uns beim Check-In mit diversen Grundnahrungsmitteln überrascht. Einen persönlichen Besuch ihrerseits haben wir leider verpasst, sie hat uns aber mit sehr leckeren Selbstgebackenen überrascht. Die Unterkunft ist insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Nous avons absolument adorées notre séjour au Penthouse. Nous sommes un groupe de 3 couples avec deux bébés. La disposition du logement était parfaite. Nous avions chacun une chambre avec salle de bain et balcon ce qui nous permettait de tous avoir un peu d’intimité. Le logement est très bien insonorisé également. L’hôte avait laissé avant notre arrivé deux lits de bébés avec plusieurs couvertes chaudes et propres à l’intérieur, ainsi que deux chaises hautes bien équipées. Il y avait même quelques jouets pour bébé. Que dire de la propreté des lieux. C’était tout simplement parfait. Après quelques jours, nous avons même eu droit à un ménage complet et en profondeur des lieux. Finalement, le localisation est plus que parfaite. Vous êtes situés au abord de la vieille ville. Vous sortez du Penthouse et à quelques pas seulement vous y trouverez d’excellent restaurants, cafés et boutiques. Le port en soit est à seulement quelques minutes de marches. WoW je recommande vivement!

Η Γεωργια είναι άψογη!!! άμεση στις απαντήσεις της σε ότι και αν την ρωτήσαμε! μας βοήθησε υπερβολικά με τις συμβουλές της για τα μέρη και τα εστιατόρια που μπορούμε να επισκεφτούμε. το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο με πολλές παροχές! το δωμάτιο της μικρής μας κόρης είχε πολλά παιχνίδια, παραμύθια και παζλ που μπορούσε να κάτσει με τις ώρες και εμείς να ξεκουραστούμε! ακόμη και η κουβέρτα της είχε τα αγαπημένα της unicorns! Η πισίνα του συγκροτήματος ήταν μεγάλη και πολύ καθαρή! η περιοχή ήταν ήσυχη και σε 5 λεπτά βρισκόσουν στη Γεωργιούπολη που υπήρχε περισσότερος κόσμος και μπορούσες να ψωνισεις από σούπερ μάρκετ, καθως να φας και να απολαύσεις ένα ποτό. ευχαριστούμε για την φιλοξενία Γεωργία!!! θα ξαναβρεθούμε σίγουρα!

10/10 experience. Breathtaking views and sunset from the balcony, perfect location right on the harbor - surrounded by all of the best restaurants and places. The apartment is beautiful - clean, modern, great appliances. (The washing machine even uses AI). The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and despite being in the middle of the action, it is so peaceful. I didn’t want to leave. I will be back here again. The hosts were incredible. Kind, helpful, proactive, and made such a nice experience for us. Thank you!!!!!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit einer Überraschung in einem der Schlafzimmer. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Sehr sauber. Ruhige Lage, perfekt um vom Alltag abzuschalten. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Manos. Einzig die schweren Koffern zwischen Parkplatz und Haus zu transportieren war umständlich. Für Menschen mit einer Gehbehinderung ist das Haus aufgrunddes Zugangs nicht zu empfehlen. 20 Minuten zum Strand von Sougia mit herrlichem Wasser. Im Juni waren kaum Leute da.

Pretty nice, modern and clean. You have to take some minutes to get to the center.

Everything was as described, the photographs are spot on. Nikos was a great host, very proactive and quick to help in fact we felt right at home. We had two of our grown up Grandchildren with us and they thoroughly enjoyed the villa too!

We stayed for one week and had a really great time. The house is beautiful and very spacious. The host was always easy to reach and we got many recommendations. We would really recommend this beautiful house, we want to come again next year!

We spent a few wonderful days at Anastasia-Maria`s place around the Greek Easter celebration. Anastasia was so nice to prepare a table with different typical Easter things, like the red Easter eggs, the Lambades, some Koulourakia, the EasterBrioche and had prepared little notes to explain the easter traditions. That was amazingly kind !!! Whenever we had a question she answered within a very short time, always helpful and very friendly. The place is a beautifully calm place, where two adults and one teenager could recharge indoors and outdoors. It would easily fit another two people. We had regular cat visitors outside the kitchen door :) You will need a car to get there and to explore places like Rethimno, Chania, Elafonissi or Preveli. There are taverns in the surrounding villages and a Mini-supermarket 5 minutes by car down the road. We can highly recommend this place and will come back in the future. Lovely place in Chania. The view of the lighthouse from the dining table never gets old no matter what time of day. The completely open-concept space is a little bit too open at times. My friends and I found it somewhat difficult to get privacy for changing/dressing etc. The bathroom was also not in a super convenient location and would occasionally not get hot water at all. It can be a bit noisy in the evenings, it is in a very central/busy location with shops and restaurants abound. Be warned: the store directly below does not shut off their music until 23:00 and is very audible through the floor. Maria was also a great host and responded quickly to any ask! Kitchen, beds and other amenities were just right, would recommend!

Super séjour à Marathi ! Logement très bien placé, bien équipé et propre. Literie de qualité. Des hôtes très prévenants et d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Je recommande +++

We loved our stay in the villa, it was even more beautiful than the pictures. Beautiful mountain views with the privacy we were looking for. Check in was super easy, our host gave clear instructions and was helpful whenever we needed anything. Highly recommend!!

Villa anasa exceeded expectations. The pictures don't do it justice, the attention to detail in the interior is impressive. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend. Gorgios was a gracious host and helpful in every way possible.

Ein großes Dankeschön an Konstantinos und Stelina, die eine wunderschöne Wohnung für ihre Gäste zur Verfügung stellen. Wir waren begeistert von der Aufteilung der Räume, sehr modern mit bodentiefen Fenstern, einer Küche, in der nichts fehlte (selbst eine Salatschleuder und ein Messbecher waren da!) und mit einem komfortablen Bett. Die Handtücher werden jeden 3. Tag gewechselt und die Bettwäsche jeden 5. Tag, echter Luxus! Es duftet sehr angenehm, Dank der gut ausgesuchten Duftstäbchen. Für mich ist eine gut riechende Wohnung immer sehr wichtig und das haben wir ebenso sehr geschätzt. Der Balkon ist luftig und nach 10:00 im Schatten, da lässt es sich angenehm aushalten und der schöne Blick auf die Souda Bay ist einfach herrlich. Zur Innenstadt sind es ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto, man ist also schnell im Zentrum, aber abends auch schnell wieder draußen. Ideal für Menschen, die das Stadtleben genießen wollen, es aber lieber etwas ruhiger haben möchten. Danke nochmals für alles!!

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Anastasia & John. L'appartement, spacieux et joliment décoré, est bien situé pour se balader dans la région de Chania. L'emplacement est central, on peut facilement se rendre à pied sur le front de mer, tout en étant au calme. Nous avons spécialement apprécié la grande terrasse verdoyante et la literie très confortable. Enfin, le contact avec Anastasia et John a été très facile, ils nous ont gentiment accueillis malgré notre heure d'arrivée tardive, et avec un petit plateau d'accueil et des conseils de restos. Nous les remercions :) et les recommandons chaleureusement. Alice & Jonathan

Loved the huge deck. Across street from beautiful beach where you could rent chairs and an umbrella and order food and drink. Walk to dozens of all kinds of different restaurants right on the “the strip” and in the old town.

Best airbnb we have ever stayed at because of Andonis's (and his mother, Maria, who lives in the same complex) hospitality. Andonis gave us great recommendations and even dropped off a bottle of delicious rose. Maria made our stay feel like a home. She brought us oranges from her garden for fresh juice, dolma made with zucchini flower, and spanakopita. The kitchen was also fully equipped so we were able to cook at home at least two meals a day. If we return to Crete, we can't wait to stay again.

Despina was a very helpful and communicative host who responded to all questions very quickly. The apartment is situated in the hills with a view of the sea. Rethymno is an easy 10 minute car journey away. It was very nice to sit outside in the evening, on the patio next to the swimming pool, and watch the sunset and the sea. The private swimming pool is small but fine for a refreshing dip after a day of exploring. The kids liked it. The apartment is a good size and includes all the equipment you would find in your house (washing machine, oven, microwave, clothes iron...). This makes it very practical. Overall it was a comfortable place to stay and a convenient base from which to explore the area around Rethymno.

Beautiful stay! Such tasteful design, spotless home with really wonderful staff to help. The team was very responsive and had really set up the place to make it very warm. It had everything you may neeed and more! Super strong winter net too so we enjoyed working there. Loved it and would definitely suggest!

Stella was an outstanding host. Her accommodation is beautiful. Everything was perfectly prepared. A delicious cake was waiting for us on the table. There were also various foods from Stella's parents' garden in the fridge. Stella is very communicative and gives great tips about the area. Thank you for this wonderful time.

Fabulous attentive host. Light bright spacious apartment with a lift. Generous welcome pack , great walk in shower, large extremely comfortable beds and nice fresh linen. Large Windows and sliding doors onto two terraces , one with the hot tub! Sunset and sea views from both terraces. Close to bars and restaurants with Indigos our favourite just across the road on the beach front. We hired a car from the host and went on an adventure. Definitely the way to see Crete! The mountainous centre is fantastic and you get to discover other great places. Recommend Evita beach Bali which is just 30 mins along the coast. Truly a piece of heaven. Very sad to leave!!!
