Mr. Onur's father, Mr. Mehmet, did not spare his support when I needed grocery shopping. Since the house is in a gated community outside the center, it will definitely be more comfortable to drive. They responded quickly to all my needs, thank you so much

We had a delightful and memorable stay in touch with nature with its peaceful garden. The amenities in the house are quite sufficient, clean and quiet, within walking distance to the center. There is a private car park for the vehicle.

An Absolutely Perfect Stay at Alexandros Villa in Kos! simply outstanding in every possible aspect. From the moment we arrived until our reluctant departure, we felt completely at home and utterly comfortable. The villa itself is a true gem. It was immaculate, spotlessly clean, and felt like a genuine home-from-home. Alexandros has clearly thought of everything, as the villa was equipped with every modern convenience imaginable, making our stay effortless and incredibly enjoyable. Beyond the stunning property, Alexandros communication was exceptional. His responsiveness, helpfulness, and genuine willingness to go above and beyond truly held no bounds. He was a fantastic host, providing invaluable insights and ensuring we had everything we needed. The location of the villa is also perfect. It's clear that the surrounding area is a wonderful community it's clear that the surrounding area is a wonderful community, and we were so touched by how readily the locals embraced us.

This is such a little gem of a place that I almost hesitate to write this review. Gumusluk is one of the few places on the Bodrum peninsula that still feels genuine and peaceful - almost exclusively a Turkish resort. And this place is quintessential Aegean - small but very functional inside, lovely bathrooms, amazing terrace with the sea literally lapping just below and history all around you. It is surrounded by fish restaurants which we thought might be super noisy but generally you feel quite private and it was never overwhelmingly loud. Head over to Rabbit Island to see the ruins. Be sure to go up to the weekly Gumusluk market on a Tuesday - amazing produce and wonderful local vibe. Loved our little sojourn here and Guray was a very communicative host.

The apartment is exactly like its pictures, the beds and sofas are comfortable, the kicthen is well equipped and the location is perfect for a trip to Bodrum, everywhere in town is an easy walk away with great restaurants and shops. The apartment is particularly well located for the Bazar Tekel which has an excellent food market on Thursdays and Fridays and is well worth a visit. The area is peaceful and the sound proofing of the apartment was very good. Guney was very communicative, organising our transfers to and from the airport which was very helpful and meeting us at the apartment despite us arriving quite late at night and had provided additional touches such as coffee and biscuits that made the first morning perfectly relaxed. We would be delighted to stay again when we're next in Bodrum.

The location of the house was great, it was very clean and everything we needed was available, we were very pleased.

The place is nice, location is great. There is a private beach, swimming pool for adults and kids. Kid swimming pool includes slopes and play ground. The apartment is spacious, beds and pillows are comfortable. It is easy to accommodate a family of 6 people. If you use a car, there is Migros or Carrefour 5-6 min ride close, which is very convenient.

We had fun during our trip We couldn’t get enough of Bodrum, it has earned a place in my heart ❤️❤️ Also the Airbnb is in a good location, everything was on a walking distance ( Restaurants, Bars, Cruises and the old city too is about 15min walk) Everything in the airbnb was just like the pictures or even better Alp is a great host, he was engaged and very generous with his recommandations I would give him more than 5 stars if I could And I hope I will go back here one day 🤞🏽

Location is perfect. Right in the middle of everything. The apartment is just as described. Only issue was the taxi couldn’t drop us right to the Airbnb but the workers came outside and helped us with our luggage.

Apartment is exactly as shown in photos, the location is perfect for exploring the old town and lots of small touches in the apartment by the host to make us feel welcome. The balcony was really spacious and lovely to sit and have a coffee and see the street below.

We arrived with 4 friends and now we are sure that we will spend our next holidays here, Sister Büşra was a world sweet and the house was already great, the kitchen utensils were quite sufficient. We definitely recommend us to feel at home

It was a very nice space just above the delicious pizzeria. We enjoyed using the accommodation which is within walking distance of the beach and the busy shops. The shower head is quite loose in the holder, but otherwise the bathroom is also clean and tidy

After reading the fantastic reviews we had high expectations and it was even better! We had a fantastic time from check-in to checkout. Vasilis and Manolis received us personally, warmly with a tour of the beautiful stay, a fridge with treats provided by Nia. There was even a welcome gift, so thoughtful! The stay neat, cozy and everything was provided for a pleasant stay. We slept wonderfully there! Quiet, air conditioning and the mattress was great! The cozy terrace was perfect for eating meals. With mood lighting in the evening. But what really made this place very special was the warmth and kindness of the family. They even had a surprise for my husband's birthday. They were always available but also gave us space. The perfect place for those looking for peace, Greek hospitality a warm home feeling, good location among the locals. We loved our stay in Kos! It was really clean, and the location was perfect super close to the beach and 20 minutes walk to the centre of Kos town. Ioannis was so helpful and always responded really quickly. As a group of girls we all felt really safe in the area! They also have a cute cat which is very friendly!

Everything went great from the first rental moment to the end, he gave local advice, so we both visited and ate, the location of the 😁 house is great, he doesn't exaggerate, it's 50 meters away from everywhere. We traveled everywhere without getting tired. Even the treats in the house were not missing. My host is very thoughtful. Thank you very much for answering all our questions and helping us. If I come again, the address is clear.

The location was great - 5 mins walk to the harbour with numerous restaurants. and Bars. Manolis met us outside the apartment and showed us in, explained how air-con and appliances worked. He responded very quickly to any queries. The apartment was very clean and spacious. On check out we were able to leave our luggage for the day and again Manolis met us to ensure we were safely in the airport taxis, ( which he booked for us). Overall a great holiday and would definitely return and recommend. Thank you Manolis for being a great host!

While my friend and I went during the offseason, Dionysia’s place was adorable! It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. She left us a gift of cute soaps, one of which was in the shape of a donkey! The place smelled great and was in a convenient location. Dionysia was very quick to respond whenever we had troubles. Such a kind woman! Definitely will be back for my next trip!
