Please let us know the approximate arrival time at least 24 hours before arrival. Otherwise, a flexible check-in is not guaranteed.

Our newly equipped 1-room apartment is located in a family house in Leonberg's old town, centrally and quietly located. (not handicapped accessible) It offers short distances to public transport stops, with connections to the city center of Stuttgart, the airport/trade fair and the S-Bahn. Within walking distance are restaurants, bars, boutiques, butchers and bakers (with café), and an organic market. Guests with cars can use the "Altstadt" parking garage with a cheap daily rate!

Centrally located in a quiet residential neighborhood. 3 min. walk to the Stadtbahn [suburban railway] and 22 min. to the center of Stuttgart. Self check-in/out is possible using the keybox. Fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, smart TV with Netflix, washing machine. The apartment is used exclusively by our guests. All necessary shopping can be done on foot. Free public parking is available next to the house.

The bathroom is newly renovated, the 2 bedrooms are equipped with large comfortable double beds, as well as new windows including electric shutters.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area on the 2nd floor of a 6-family house overlooking Leonberg. The kitchen has a cozy dining niche and is fully equipped. The beautiful old town is only 600 meters away. It is 15 km to Stuttgart city center and 24 km to the airport. Very conveniently located by car via A8 / A81 and expressway to Stuttgart. The bus stop is 1 minute away. My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.

The small cozy apartment is located on the 4th floor of a larger apartment building on the edge of the Sommerhofenpark, as well as Klosterseepark (beautiful evening walks and great running opportunities are guaranteed). Within walking distance is the market square/main train station (about 15-20 minutes). The necessary food and shopping facilities are across the street. The apartment was newly furnished in 2020.

Our apartment (with separate entrance) is close to the forest, yet close to the city (10 min. to the main train station). The university can be reached by bus in 9 minutes! You love our place because of the location, the peace, the views and the atmosphere in the freshly renovated artist house. Our place is good for traveling alone peace seekers, business travelers, and couples, unfortunately, not for kids.
