Our newly equipped 1-room apartment is located in a family house in Leonberg's old town, centrally and quietly located. (not handicapped accessible) It offers short distances to public transport stops, with connections to the city center of Stuttgart, the airport/trade fair and the S-Bahn. Within walking distance are restaurants, bars, boutiques, butchers and bakers (with café), and an organic market. Guests with cars can use the "Altstadt" parking garage with a cheap daily rate!

Die 15, vollausgestatteten, Apartments sind großzügig geschnitten und laden mit Ihren gemütlichen Sitzecken und großen Balkonen zum Verweilen ein. Centrally located in a quiet residential neighborhood. 3 min. walk to the Stadtbahn [suburban railway] and 22 min. to the center of Stuttgart. Self check-in/out is possible using the keybox. Fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, smart TV with Netflix, washing machine. The apartment is used exclusively by our guests. All necessary shopping can be done on foot. Free public parking is available next to the house.

The beautiful old town is only 600 meters away. It is 15 km to Stuttgart city center and 24 km to the airport. Very conveniently located by car via A8 / A81 and expressway to Stuttgart. The bus stop is 1 minute away. My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.
