Free public parking is available next to the house.

Man liebt unsere Unterkunft wegen der Lage, der Ruhe, des Ausblicks und der Atmosphäre im sanierten Künstlerhaus. Unsere Unterkunft ist gut für alleinreisende Ruhesuchende, Geschäftsreisende und kulturinteressierte Paare, leider nicht für Kinder. Parkplätze in der Nähe des Hauses kostenfrei. Enjoy your stay in a beautiful duplex apartment in the semi-mountainous area of Stuttgart. It is fully furnished and optimally equipped with cooking facilities as well as the necessary utensils. Therefore, it is also perfect for a longer stay. The south-facing balcony with beach chair invites you to sunbathe with views over the city. Double beds (180 x 200, 160 x 200). The apartment has a steep staircase and is therefore unsuitable for children under 6 years of age.

The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.
