The beautiful view from the living area and terrace over the fields Achenkirch, directly to the Rofan Mountain range and the Seekarspitze, facilitates leaving behind everyday stress and invites you to enjoy and relax. The holiday apartment "Unterlehenhof" is located in Zell am Ziller, inside an old traditional mountain farm that has direct access to the ski slopes. This 135 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi as well as satellite TV. A baby cot is also available.

The Bluebird Base is a cosy mountain house. It offers space for 10 people and it is located at 1200m in the Zillervalley. The rooms have been furnished with great love for detail. The house offers a well equipped common kitchen. Located high on the mountain, 12 min by car on a mountain road to the center of Zell am Ziller and 7 min with the free shuttle bus to the slopes of Zillertalarena.

My place is close to the ski slope and in summer the hiking trails. You can enjoy the most beautiful views on our 2 large sun terraces. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, adventurers and families (with kids). The hut is at about 1000 m above sea level with beautiful mountain panorama.
