Casa Luna - in the heart of the Palatinate

We offer a cozy, lovingly furnished apartment, renovated and newly furnished in 2023, in the basement of our house with its own entrance. 50 square meters are distributed over a spacious hall, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a living and sleeping area with kitchenette and dining area. Everything is there and included in the price. (Towels, bed sheets, fully automatic coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, dishes) All you have to do is live and enjoy. Underfloor heating provides cozy warmth.

The newly renovated apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is easily accessible via a staircase. The accommodation is located in the wine metropolis of Laumersheim surrounded by idyllic vineyards with the excellent wineries Knipser, Phillip Kuhn and Mario Zelt. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Fantastic location for hiking or cycling around the beautiful Palatinate Forest. Activities: Soccerpark, medieval Freinsheim, spa town of Bad Dürkheim, Hambach Castle and much more.

Located on the ground floor of my house with private entrance and parking space. Small apartment, about 40 square meters, cozy and comfortable. It is very suitable for 2 people, but up to 3 or 4 (one child) people can live there. It is located on the first floor of my house with its own entrance door and parking space.

The Wormser Water Tower is considered one of the most beautiful water towers in Germany. In the first floor it offers a luxurious small city apartment (about 80 m2) that surprises with original arches and lots of light (6 large windows). Couples will feel comfortable here. You can spend a cultural, sporting and/or romantic holiday. But even business travelers will find the opportunity to work online in peace and relax in the evening in a generous ambience.

Our modern, cosy holiday flat was completed in 2016 and is located in the wine & high-quality fruits village of Laumersheim. Laumersheim belongs to the administrative district of Bad Dürkheim and thereby is located in the midst of the holiday region Leininger Land.
