The farm has a secluded location and is accessible via an avenue. On the site, the field stone walls of an old stable have been preserved as a picturesque ruin. 2 swimming lakes are within walking distance. Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

You will find peace and relaxation under old trees, on sunny meadows, in shady garden oases, there are hammocks, campfires and a ruin garden with terrace. 5 minutes' walk to the Krumme Lake, surrounded by great scenery. For a creative break, I offer everything you need. The original charming ballroom can be rented for parties, weddings, music, film, photo shoots and more.

Apartment on a lively seminar farm in nature

The 40 sqm apartment consists of a room with sleeping places for two people, private kitchen and bathroom. It is located in the Steinseehaus, a long old brick building on a plot of 6000 sqm, directly on the lake. On our large property there is plenty of space to relax, with a small barrel sauna (min 15€ per heater donation for the wood), large trampoline, ping pong table, fire pit, Hollywood swing by the lake and of course space to eat and grill outside.

Apartment in an external location

The apartment is on our small, remote farm where we and our animals live. It fits 2-4 people, but possibly also for more, with a sofa bed, crib, mattresses and/or tents outside. The apartment has a south-facing window to the garden, where animals sometimes graze. You can also relax and have a campfire there. The swimming area is 10 minutes away. Footpath. The bike path "Spur der Steine" passes by here and is nice for inline skating and cycling.

It has a separate entrance, a private garden and a nice seating area behind the house. Lovingly furnished, it is ideal for relaxing and unwinding or working in any season. Perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours in the nearby area or excursions towards Usedom.

GREEN GABLES is a guesthouse and bolthole for anyone looking to escape city life and recharge their batteries. Owner, Galina Green, offers the perfect environment for you to finish writing that essay, article or novel or to enjoy a birdwatching weekend or simply a place to just "be". The holiday rental is in one half of the house but has a separate entrance, own terrace and open fire place.

Staying by the lake

The apartment has a bedroom and a large living room with kitchen, of course a bathroom. Everything is practically and comfortably furnished. The small kitchenette has a stovetop with oven, fridge and everything you need for self-catering. A cozy sofa invites you to relax and you can have breakfast and barbecue on the large outdoor terrace.

The cozy attic apartment is located in the former haystack of the expanded listed stable building on the outskirts of Groß Fredenwalde. From the spacious terrace you have a unique view of the wide sweet sugar market hills. From this lodge you can see the spectacle of dancing cranes and grazing deer.
