There is a spacious bedroom with double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m ) and wicker sofa as well as roller shutters. In the dressing room, optionally also children's room, also with roller shutters, everything can be stored. There is a bathtub where you can sit and take a shower. Since August 2021 we have an EAuto charging station 11 KW (type 2 St) Please inquire in advance.

Die wunderschöne Ruhrtal-Villa liegt auf einem 2000 m² großem Grundstück und grenzt direkt an die Ruhr. Idyllische Wald-und Wanderwege liegen ebenso wie der Ruhrtal-Radweg direkt vor der Haustür. Die gemütliche Ferienwohnung liegt im Souterrain mit direktem Zugang zur großen überdachten Terrasse und Blick auf das paradiesische Ruhrtal. Die 45 m² große behagliche Wohnung ist modern und neu eingerichtet. Vom Küchentisch blickt man direkt durch das bodentiefe Fenster in den Garten und zur Ruhr.

This vacation home with a large living room and a well-kept farm garden is located in a quiet side street in the center of the small town of Büren, about 100 meters from the market with shops, cafes and restaurants. Public parking is available in the immediate vicinity. The nearby Alme-Auen offer numerous recreational facilities and invite you to walk, hike and cycle. An ideal starting point for sightseeing tours to the nearby sights of the city or hikes on the Sintfeld-Höhenweg.

Sehr zentrale Innenstadtlage und dennoch in einer beruhigten Sackgasse. Es sind wirklich nur 2-4 Gehminuten zur City oder dem grünen Winkel. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und geräumig mit Balkon und Stellplatz sowie Schlafzimmer mit Fernseher. Ferner ca. 350 m zur Fa. Hella und ca. 500m zum Bahnhof. Es ist eine Tassimo- Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln vorhanden. Ein separates Kinderbett ist nicht vorhanden. Ein Hochstuhl ist aber da. Buchung ab 2 Übernachtungen möglich.

Outdoor fans, take note! On our farm we have just the thing for you: A cozy wooden car with a loft bed (1.40 m) and sofa bed (1.20 m) and a shepherd's wagon with a large lying area (2 m x 2.20 m). There is also a shower house with toilet in the meadow. Our ducks and pigs live right next door. There is electricity. Wi-Fi is available in the farmhouse 150 meters away. There you can use a kitchen. Breakfast basket (also vegetarian) can be booked for €9/person

You will stay in a modern and fully equipped 2-room apartment (approx. 50 square meters) with Internet, satellite TV, air conditioning, kitchen (stove, oven, fridge-freezer, kettle, coffee pad machine, microwave, SodaStream), bathtub and a 22 m² roof terrace, separate house entrance and parking space for one car. The sofa is large and cozy, so it can definitely be used as an additional sleeping option. 2 bikes are available.

Relax with the whole family at this rural place to stay. Cycling in the Paderborn countryside, walks through the fields, relaxing in the beautiful green garden. Grandma's little cottage offers absolute tranquility and is still centrally located between the cities of Paderborn and Lippstadt. The nearest bakery with a small grocery store is 3 km away. The cities of Salzkotten and Geseke can be reached quickly.

Chic apartment Lippstadt city center

The accommodation is located in the north and almost in the heart of Lippstadt. Downtown, supermarkets, shops and green corners are within walking distance in minutes. Your hosts live in the same house and are available for questions about Lippstadt and apartment. The apartment is 38 sqm and consists of a large living room and bedroom with double bed, a kitchenette and a modern shower room.

"Tiny House" approx. 60 sqm (!) + garden, cozy, close to the city
