Wow, as good as the photos are - they understate the size of the property which is gigantic. It is a mansion, not a house and you’ll forever be finding additional seating and areas throughout your stay. The property could use a little love, but ultimately this adds to the charm and evident history of the villa. Paintings, ornaments and the likes are littered through the house adding to the intrigue. Thankfully the roads leading up the villa are wide and well paved once you get to the private compound gate (2 km’s), and there are better roads than others pre this point. There is a stray cat which likes to rest on the property, however it does keep to itself and may not be permanent. The bedrooms are huge, all with ensuites and the dual kitchen gives you options too. It really is a special place to stay with amazing views of the water, city and mountains.

Elvira’s apartment is an absolute gem, it is clear this is her home and is beautifully furnished and equipped as a result. It is spacious and stylish with lovely homely touches; the vinyl collection, the piano, the well stocked fridge and cupboards for guests. You will want for nothing. The apartment has two balconies, alive with lush plants and a perfect breakfast spot overlooking the historical square. Once night falls and you close the doors, it is absolutely silent and your sleep will be deep and uninterrupted in the fabulous bedroom. The apartment is very close to all the historical sights and fabulous restaurants too, you will find lots of super recommendations from Elvira. Elvira has obviously spent a lot of time and effort creating this amazing apartment space and you should not hesitate in booking.

Our week in the Dream Loft in Sant’Elia was truly magical. We loved the vibe of the house, it was so authentic and carefully designed. Had everything we needed and I especially enjoyed making fresh orange juice and coffee in the morning. The location was absolutely perfect — the view was so beautiful and it felt like we were living in the movie Luca. It was close enough to everything we needed, the Sisa Supermarket and some lovely aperetivo spots and restaurants in Porticello. Mariangela was the most amazing host: Helped us so many times organising transport and even organised the most incredible cooking class for us in Palermo. She was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond if we had any questions. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We honestly didn’t want to leave and we’ll absolutely be back the next chance we get!

We felt like we were at home here. Serena is a very kind, caring and helpful person. I can say that it was our best Airbnb experience. Every detail was considered in the house. We found much more than we were looking for. I hope our paths cross again one day.

It was a very pleasant stay in this modern, warm and cozy apartment, which is just a couple of mins away from the train station. It is also at the walking distance from everything you need to experience in Palermo. Salvo was one of the best hosts I have met. He let us leave the suitcase in the apartment after checking out allowing us the freedom to explore the city before travel to the airport. This is greatly appreciated.

Five Stars! This apartment in Palermo was absolutely beautiful—immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and perfectly located within easy reach of the city’s main attractions. The stunning water views made every morning feel like a postcard. The host’s pick-up and drop-off service to the airport was seamless—punctual, professional, and incredibly convenient. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Laura, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. She shared great restaurant recommendations and even offered to make reservations for us.
