Located in the Fünfseenland in the village of Gilching, the modern holiday apartment Max has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The 67 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and induction cooker, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV. Children's books and toys, a baby cot and a high chair are also available on request.

The attic apartment (3rd floor) is ideally located with good connections to Munich (S8, about 30 minutes to the city center), or as a starting point to all lakes in the 5-lake region, the Upper Bavarian castles or for hiking tours in the Allgäu. Please note that the apartment is not suitable as an apartment with a toddler. All children count as guests. If you are traveling with toddlers / infants, please inform us in advance. No parties / shootings Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 7 am

Atelier

A studio that is a kind of extension to the house. The architect loved chapels, so the extension became a 6-meter-high room with wooden ceiling and parquet. Sleeping place on a gallery. With a wing and garden square, perfectly furnished with style - quiet and on the edge of the forest. The S-Bahn is about a 30-minute walk, 2 km away. Ideal for cycling in the south of Munich, near Lake Starnberg. Unfortunately, it is not a good place to accommodate children. Adults only, so to speak.

Quiet but central location in Gilching (25 minutes by car to Munich City or to the Upper Bavarian Lakes (Lake Starnberg, Lake Ammersee, Lake Wörthsee). Munich city can be reached in 30 minutes by S-Bahn (line S8). Shops for daily needs are all within walking distance (5 minutes).

Bei Sonne in die Natur, bei Regen nach München

Unsere moderne Zwei-Zimmer-Einliegerwohnung bietet eine kleines Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch, eine komplett ausgestattete Küche, eine Abstellkammer, ein modernes Bad mit Regendusche und zwei sonnige Terrassen. Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Zugang über den Garten. Parken ist an der kaum befahrenen Straße möglich. Durch die ländliche Lage empfiehlt sich ein Auto. München ist in ca 35 Minuten, die Berge in 50 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar.

The centrally located 3-room apartment is a place where you immediately feel at home. It is equipped with everything your heart desires and perfectly located. Both the S-Bahn, as well as the lake and supermarkets, restaurants and bakeries are within easy walking distance. You can also quickly reach the A96 Munich/Lindau by car. It is a bedroom of about 13 square meters, a cozy small kitchen, with table and chairs and a bathroom with tub, toilet and shower. The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Located between Lake Ammersee, Lake Starnberg, Lake Wörthsee, Lake Pilsensee and Lake Weßling, in the middle of the 5-lake region. In the house is also the apartment of the landlords and an office. Parking is available in front of the house on the street. By car, it is just under 5 minutes to the nearest bakery / supermarket. Note: We have a dog.
