For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Located in the Fünfseenland in the village of Gilching, the modern holiday apartment Max has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The 67 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and induction cooker, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV. Children's books and toys, a baby cot and a high chair are also available on request.

Cozy apartment on the first floor with a private terrace. Lakeside facilities, shopping and restaurants - all within walking distance in 7-8 minutes. Bathing area with kiosk about 1.5 km (accessible via car-free foot and bike path). From November to approx. the beginning of April, there is a beautiful lake view through the trees with magnificent sunrises. And from April to October, we are surrounded by lots of greenery and a beautiful view of the protected landscape area.

Quiet but central location in Gilching (25 minutes by car to Munich City or to the Upper Bavarian Lakes (Lake Starnberg, Lake Ammersee, Lake Wörthsee). Munich city can be reached in 30 minutes by S-Bahn (line S8). Shops for daily needs are all within walking distance (5 minutes).

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally.
