New and child-friendly cottage in a quiet setting

New and modern summerhouse with large wooden terrace located in a quiet area near Gilleleje town, only 900 meters from the beach. The house has a size of 100 m2 and has 4 beautiful bedrooms with 4 double beds with space for a total of 8 people. (Possibly 10 people if there are families with smaller children). There is also a travel bed with extra mattress for the very young children. There are 8 duvets and 8 pillows, 1 baby duvet and pillow, but you must bring your own bed linen, towels and dishcloths. The house has 2 nice bathrooms with shower, closet space and hair dryer. The focal point of the house is about 35m2 spacious kitchen/living room with a lovely functional kitchen with kitchen island and dining area as well as cozy sofa area with large comfortable sofa and TV (the TV is with Cromecast, i.e. there is no TV subscription or similar to the house) Here there is a guarantee of relaxation, coziness and good interaction. There is underfloor heating throughout the house, powered by an economical geothermal heating system. The house's fantastic layout makes the home ideal as a focal point for 2 families who want a wonderful holiday together. Outdoors you will find a large nice wooden terrace, which tracks all the way around the house (about 120m2). The terrace is partially covered with outdoor furniture and patio heaters that invite you to enjoy the holidays above. Here you will also find an outdoor shower ready to cool off in the summer heat or rinse off after a fresh dip by the beach. For the childish souls, there is also a trampoline, a swing, and a small playhouse in the garden. From the house it is only 3 km until Gilleleje city, which offers a rich commercial life with many exciting shops, cozy cafes, cinema and good restaurants.

Historically Gilleleje is an old fishing village and it was here that many Jews were transported to Sweden during World War II. Gilleleje Church was a waiting place for Jews until they could be transported. In 1943, 75 Jews were caught by the Gestapo on the church ceiling after a snitch had informed the Germans. Everywhere there are monuments of historical events. Every year there are various festivals in Gilleleje - "Hill" Festival, Harbour Festival, Jazz at the port and The Herring Day. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. We have 2 minutes to beautiful views of Kullen, the harbor and the coast, as well as a 7-minute walk to the beach with a bridge, and thus ample opportunity for a morning dip! Follow the Fyrstien towards old Gilleleje, or in the opposite direction towards Nakkehoved Lighthouse, from where there is a breathtaking view. It is possible to borrow men's and women's bike, with gear. Older models!

Annex in Helsinge overlooking fields and forests

This natural gem is located north of Helsinge in Kongernes Nordsjælland overlooking open fields and forests. It is 200 meters to the forest where there are good chances of going mushroom hunting or just taking a walk in the beautiful nature. It is very common for forest animals to walk right outside the windows. For example, it can be roe deer, fallow deer and red deer. You can charge your electric car with us. We have separate electricity meters, so you will be charged according to the daily rates found at other public charging stations.

You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!
