Welcome to our beautiful newly renovated house on Barsebäck's golf course. The location is perfect for golfing as you live on the course and have many other golf courses nearby. If you want to hike is the Järavallen hiking area right next door or if you want to go to the sea, it is also within walking distance. Barsebäck beach bath is only a little bit away. If you want to play paddle, billiards or swim in the pool, there are in the area. The closeness to excursions in Skåne is many. A perfect place for those who also want experiences!

Apartment in part of Skånegård. Open floor plan with two rooms and a private large bathroom. Double bed on the ground floor and three single beds in the sleeping loft. Walking distance to the inland train station. Dogs, cats, and horses are available in the yard. Possibility to bring your own pets. On the farm there is from May through September access to heated pool, mini dish steam, trampoline, ping pong table and mini pool table (These are spaces shared with the host family). Charging station for electric cars at cost price.

Poolen er ikke opvarmet om vinteren, men lejligheden udlejes til reduceret pris fra 01. Oktober til 30. April. Pool kan anvendes kold ved tilkøb af sauna. 150,-/dag Spaen er opvarmet hele året, fra 01. Oktober til 30. April er der tillæg for spa på 150,-/dag Fra 1.maj til 30. september er poolen opvarmet og kan benyttes af gæster

The house is 1 km from the beach and grocery shopping. The main room has high ceiling and, the style is clean and modern. There are 3 bedrooms and an annex with two single beds, (annex have electric heater) The house is ideal for a bigger or 2 families. No young groups for parties/festival). Sauna will be charged for electric use.

Litet gästhus på 20 kvm, innehåller två sovrum, varav en Queensize säng 140 cm, toalett, hall och veranda med utemöbler. Privat badrum med dusch i huvudbyggnaden strax intill. Lakan och handdukar ingår om vistelsen omfattar tre dagar eller mer, och kan annars hyras.

På Wilson Park bor du 10 minuters promenad till centrala Helsingborg med parkering utanför huset. Här bor ni i ett gathus från början av 1900 talet med en känsla av gammalt som möter nytt. Huset totalrenoverades 2022 och har en hög standard. På baksidan finner man en inhägnad baksida med två härliga altaner 50,30 kvm med alla bekvämligheter. Grill, solstolar, sittplats för 10 personer. Ett nyinstallerat spabad finns tillgängligt och kan bokas under vistelsen mot en avgift.
