Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Girdwood, Anchorage

This home has bed spaces for 18 people! We loved how clean the floors were! No bugs inside (even with a window screen that is broken)! Firewood & roasting sticks were provided for the fire pit! The kids loved the jacuzzi, badmitten, cornhole, swingset and space to explore! Bathrooms have small hotel shampoo and bathrobes. The kitchen had paper towels, ziplock bags, aluminum foil and plastic wrap! Laundry room had soap (bring your own dryer sheets). The upstairs is bright and gets really warm (not great on the only hot week of the year, but they do have fans. It would be peefect in the winter!)! The downstairs stays dark and cool! The property is shared with their other airbnb rental home. Friendly neighborhood dogs come up to the patio to greet you, get petted and beg for food! Wild rabbits also visited the backyard! Very easy check-out list! We had a lovely stay and would recommend this place to others!

Wonderful cabin in Eagle River, perfect for a group getaway! The house is super cozy, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed. Hot tub and pool table were a big hit for our group of 10. We especially loved turning off the lights at night and watching the moon through the huge panoramic windows — such a peaceful experience! We were hoping to catch the Northern Lights, but even without them, the view was magical. Linens and towels were spotless and smelled great. All amenities worked perfectly. The cabin has a beautiful rustic feel with high ceilings, wood interiors, and a warm dining space for meals and games. The small touches like the Christmas tree made it feel extra homey. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax, unwind, and be close to nature while still having all the comforts of home!

Fantastic rental. Check-in was easy and the host Melissa was very responsive and helpful. The home is perfectly situated to walk to a coffee shop, restaurants and a brewery. The home itself had so many amenities. The hot tub was amazing and the kitchen was so well stocked. We have stayed in a lot of air bnbs and this was easily one of the best we’ve ever stayed at!

We originally had another rental booked only to find out after we had landed (and past the check in time!!) that our Vrbo was canceling on us. Not something anyone wants to deal with at midnight. After staying one night at a dirty hotel, we scrambled to find another rental last min for our family vacation. Joey was super responsive and was able to accommodate us for the rest of the trip. House was in a good area. Easy to get to wherever you need to go. If you have little ones, a pack and play was available. Lots of towels and kitchen had everything needed if you wanted to cook. I would definitely rebook if we ever come back to Anchorage.

What a beautiful house that exceeded the description! We enjoyed the spacious kitchen and living area to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary with our 2 Daughters and their husbands and all 5 of our grandchildren! The location was perfect with a beautiful view from the dining room and deck! (.....from an online search: The mountain seen from a house deck on Golden View Drive in Anchorage, AK is likely The Sleeping Lady, also known as Mount Susitna. The body of water is likely the Cook Inlet) The location was very close to many restaurants and several of the attractions we planned to visit as well as having privacy, with wonderful views from the windows and porches. Great location for a weekend stay. Easy access to Anchorage (~45 minutes away), Girdwood Restaurants and Shops (~5 minutes away), and great middle point if you want to hike the Kenai or explore Whittier. Easy check-in with lots of amenities like hot tube, laundry on-site, coffee makers, etc.

Loved the house and the location! Nicely wooded area, just as we like it, yet very close to fishing and hiking trails. and not too far from Anchorage. 👍🏻 House was lovely. Had everything we needed. And the host was so responsive and communicative. We would definitely rent from him again!!

I really enjoyed my stay here very private and hot tub was relaxing. The town is a nice little ski town, with some nice welcome trails for a walk without having to get all geared up for a hike. The cabin was very comfortable and I will highly recommend staying.

My family of 3 stayed at the Cozy Cab-Inn for 4 nights while we visited Anchorage, Seward, and Talkeetna. The location was a bit off the beaten path with some rough roads to get there, but our 2WD sedan easily handled it (in June), and it was located far enough from Anchorage to feel secluded without being inconvenient. The cabin itself was really cute, the upstairs kitchen was convenient for preparing food and had an adjacent lounge area great for relaxing, though we spent most of our free time in the hot tub! Unfortunately the cover was broken during our stay, so we could only use half of it. Nicholas and Renee said earlier guests broke it and they were still working on repairs. Nicholas and Renee were also really responsive when we had questions, and we felt well taken care of. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you!

We had a lovely stay in Girdwood (what a cute place!), the apartment was very conveniently located for skiing and had everything we needed for a wonderful and very comfortable skiiing holiday. We absolutely hope to return and would stay here again :)
