Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Girdwood, Anchorage

Alanah was a wonderful host! Great communication before and during the trip. The house was cozy and homey; just like the description and pictures on the listing! We knew exactly what to do, and where supplies were if we needed them. The area was peaceful. Check-in was a breeze, and the house manual was super helpful when I was prepping for the trip.

Ashleigh’s AriBnB is so beautifully appointed with thoughtful touches that transform the space into a home! For example, she even had snacks and tea available! Thank you for opening up your home; cant wait to come back!

We were here with our kids and grandkids. It is a beautiful home in a beautiful location! Really enjoyed the hot tub and deck! The house is spotlessly clean and everything you could need has been provided. Modern and new. Streaming services on the TV were A1. Already planning our return next year!

What a beautiful house that exceeded the description! We enjoyed the spacious kitchen and living area to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary with our 2 Daughters and their husbands and all 5 of our grandchildren! The location was perfect with a beautiful view from the dining room and deck! (.....from an online search: The mountain seen from a house deck on Golden View Drive in Anchorage, AK is likely The Sleeping Lady, also known as Mount Susitna. The body of water is likely the Cook Inlet) The location was very close to many restaurants and several of the attractions we planned to visit as well as having privacy, with wonderful views from the windows and porches. This was the perfect place for my family while traveling! Plenty of places to walk while everyone else was sleeping! Location was perfect for where we needed! The house its self had what we needed and was very clean and well put together!

Your home was absolutely perfect for our needs!! My son and I were here for doc appointments that were less than 10minutes away! My sister was visiting Alaska for the first time and my dog could run free in the yard!! Best place we’ve ever stayed and hope we can book again!!

Melissa has been an incredible host. She has been very helpful and quick to respond. On the checkin day, we arrived to Anchorage by 1PM. Even though the check-in is at 4PM, as we are with toddler and we arrived early, I requested Melissa for an early check in if possible. Melissa had a previous checkout during the same time. But, she helped us to get the room cleaned early to provide us with an early check in. We felt very happy for accommodating our request. Melissa’s house has been extremely comfortable. It has every little thing we wanted for our one week of stay. The environment has been very cozy and beautiful. The house is located in a very good neighborhood and has Walmart located within 6 minutes driving distance. It has also few local restaurants nearby. Overall, our stay has been very great. If ever we visit Anchorage again, I would definitely opt for this Airbnb undoubtedly.

Nicholas’s place was a great place to stay while in the area for work.

The place was easy to find, really beautifully decorated. Yana was really responsive when we had a concern brought to her. It got resolved very quickly. There were only 3 towels and 5 of us staying, but we made it work. The beds were comfy and so were the pillows. The laundry room had lots of laundry soap and that was super nice and convenient. Other than the neighborhood being a little run down, it was a really great place to stay.

No complaints. I loved that the kitchen was very well stocked and there were plenty of useful condiments. Having the extra toiletries was very nice. Great location between Anchorage and Wasilla. Both Jeff and his wife were friendly and so very nice to meet.

We had a wonderful stay at Paul and Darlene's. Very comfortable and cozy and had everything we needed! Beautiful home with quality furnishings and was very clean which we appreciated. Would stay again!

We had a comfortable stay at Kesh's. The neighbor hood is safe and quiet, a block off of 15th, which is a convenient east -west route across town. The location is a short drive to all three hospitals. Not much traffic noise, some noise from small planes departing the nearby airport but very little of that at night. The house is a quaint older home with many thoughtful amenities.

This comfortable apartment gave us a home away from home on our first trip to Alaska. It was cozy and well equipped with a warm fireplace, coffee pot, large shower and comfortable bed. Jane provided shampoo and body wash as well as some coffee and tea bags. The garden was lovely with blooming flowers and trees. I would recommend this place to future travelers to Anchorage. While it was convenient and walkable to downtown, it allowed us to feel private and secluded with it's hidden garden.

Steve's place was exactly what was needed. Our accommodation we booked in May canceled at the last minute and Steve's place was a perfect fit. He was responsive, the house was nice and the location was great! Would definitely book again.

This was my 1st time visiting Hope, 5th time in Alaska since 2020. I loved this space! Bear Creek was enchanting and whimsical to me. I enjoyed the quiet town. The walk to the bathroom did not bother me even though this cabin is the farthest away. We made our meals in the cabin so didn't get a chance to check out the restaurant but will definitely be back. If you have any heat going, the loft gets far too hot so it was nice to have a bed and an extra pullout on the main floor. This is the kind of Alaska that I like to experience.

Great location for a weekend stay. Easy access to Anchorage (~45 minutes away), Girdwood Restaurants and Shops (~5 minutes away), and great middle point if you want to hike the Kenai or explore Whittier. Easy check-in with lots of amenities like hot tube, laundry on-site, coffee makers, etc.

Loved the house and the location! Nicely wooded area, just as we like it, yet very close to fishing and hiking trails. and not too far from Anchorage. 👍🏻 House was lovely. Had everything we needed. And the host was so responsive and communicative. We would definitely rent from him again!!

This was such an awesome space, our group had a great time. Everyone was super impressed with the lodge and spectacular views! Arlene was very helpful and responsive. We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Cozy Cab-Inn. The cabin was perfect for me and my family. The cabin is beautiful and spacious surrounded by the forest and mountains, we were in awe of the views from the upstairs. The location was amazing, you’re close to everything but still feel secluded for that full Alaskan experience. Overall we had an amazing stay and would book this cabin again! Thank you so much!
