Monthly Rentals in Giugnano

Thank you for allowing us to stay in this beautiful place! Gianni is a very nice host, we have been in communication with each other. The place is as authentic as we imagined and it is in a really quiet place overlooking the landscape. Sitting under the blooming wisteria is no mistake! For dog owners, I would just add that the property is not 100% fenced and our Minnie doesn't have such a perfect manners yet, so we had to watch a little so she wouldn't leave:-) We bought groceries and dined in a delicious restaurant in San Baront. In the town of Lamporecchio, we visited the market and a great pastry shop. We took trips to nature, went to Volterra. There are wonderful nice people in Italy who always try to give advice when we need, so we love to come back to it!

Silvia was wonderful, and a very good hostess. The property was just beautiful and so peaceful. The room was more like an apartment and had everything you could want to make your stay enjoyable. The best part was when I found out that Silvia would leave me a breakfast plate which had a couple small homemade sandwiches and cranberry biscuits that were still warm!! What a treat :). I highly recommend Silvia and her family, they went it of their way to make me feel comfortable.

The accommodation looks like the pictures, we enjoyed our 4 nights stay. The kitchen is fully equipped and easy to use which was very helpful for us as we travelled with a small child. We felt comfortable, the surroundings are very beautiful and you can relax with ease. I appreciated that they provided 2 towels for my child to use, aside from ours. All in all I fully recommend this lovely place!
