The apartment has outdoor space to the North West of the property with a private patio with barbeque and seating, as well as access to a large Jacuzzi, run cool in summer as a mini swimming pool. This is also completely private. The house is a 35 minute drive from Pescara Airport and 1 hour and 45 mins away from Rome.

The property enjoys breathtaking views of the sea and mountains.

A few minutes from the sea and ski slopes, nestled in the hills of Pescarese but only 25 minutes from the sea, 40 minutes from the mountains and a 5-minute drive to the highway. Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.

Shelter through and cherry trees

The tent we rent is new and very spacious. The pole in the center allows you to stand in some places. It has a capacity of 4 single mattresses or two queen-size mattresses (up to 140cm each). Inside it is empty, so guests must bring everything they need to sleep (mattress, sleeping bag, pillow...) or they can rent them here in the facility. use of the kitchen is subject to a daily fee.
